From the first phone call, to me leaving after my procedure, took 8 days. I had a cyst removed after 2 infections NHS did not want to take it out and i have had a previous experience with infected cyst that had been drained took 3 months and a further infection so wanted this one out.<br>Dr Lisa was delightful made me feel i was in excellent hands and i was looked after very well. The cyst was removed and healed with stitches desolved within 3 weeks no issues no discomfort at all. Fully recommend.

Great and professional service. They are really caring and very professional at what they are doing. In either small surgeries I had, no scar left. I have been in the clinic at least 3 times and so happy so far.

I recently had my first microneedling session and I’m honestly so impressed with the results so far. My main concerns were acne scarring and dehydrated skin, and I’ve already noticed an improvement. When I woke up the next morning, my skin looked smoother, fresher, and much more hydrated. I had a Lymphatic face Drainage massage with Trisha Moore , my face was so swollen before my procedure and was full of fluid and toxins as I had an extended deep plane facelift and necklift in Istanbul on Feb, after my Lymphatic face massage my face felt so good and the swelling had greatly improved and it felt like a huge relief, I cannot waith for my next appointment on the 27th March. I highly recommend this place.

I had the best experience at Persona. For years I had struggled with a keloid on my shoulder, and I understand they can be very difficult to remove so I thought Harley Street dermatologists would be the best to go to. After spending a ridiculous amount of money on treatments that never worked, I thought I would try my luck with a local dermatologist. If I’m being honest, I didn’t have very high expectations at first as I had felt let down in the past but Lisa was absolutely amazing. She really listened to me during the consultation and throughout the procedure she was so professional. The removal was successful and I can’t recommend Persona enough!
