I had my consultation with Dr Sabrina today and was so excited to finally meet her. She was warm, reassuring, and made me feel at ease straight away. She’s thorough and picked up on things I hadn’t even thought to mention. What really stood out was not just how honest she was, but also how knowledgeable she is. She has a way of making complex medical things easy to understand, and you can tell how much she genuinely knows her field inside out. She could’ve offered me the eyelid surgery, but instead she told me that there are some underlying issues that need to be looked into first – which could take a year or more to work through properly. I also mentioned I was planning to buy one of her eye care products, but she actually advised me not to use anything around my eyes for the time being – again, showing how much she puts her patients’ best interests first. I left feeling really reassured and informed, and when the time is right, I’ll definitely be going back to her.

After wasting time and money at other clinics with disappointing results and advise. finding Dr. Sabrina has been a game-changer. She is incredibly honest, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely skilled at what she does. She has put me on a specific treatment plan and currently correcting my under eye tear trough treatment, and I finally feel confident and well cared for. I feel that she is an excellent professional who genuinely cares about her patients as I felt very safe and understood in her care. Had a lower blepheoplasty with Dr, Sabrina Shah-Desai and she couldn’t have been any nicer and attentive in explaining everything with me. The staff also at Perfect Eyes are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and also at the hospital I had surgery at. I had been contemplating upper blepharoplasty for years but too nervous to take the plunge, until I was recommended to Dr Sabrina. I can honestly say from my initial consultation right through to my 3 month follow up post surgery. I only have positive comments to make, she is kind, caring and honest as to what can be achieved and my results are fantastic. It was not a painful procedure, the thought of surgery was far worse than the reality, although my eyes did swell and were bruised i returned to work only 11 days after surgery, now three months on you can barely see my scars! and it has taken years off my face.
