I have very strong forehead lines which is leaving strong wrinkle lines at the age of 36 and my self awareness of how deep naturally they are is worrying so Botox makes me feel so much more confident. Alan is a qualified and well educated doctor, not just someone who’s done a short course — and that matters so much ladies and gents when it comes to your face. His medical background, professionalism, and honest consultations instantly put you at ease. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. The treatment was practically painless, and he tells you exactly what’s happening and when so you can expect what’s happening. The results speak for themselves — I’m thrilled every time and have never had any issues or problems. This is a doctor-led business with years of experience, not a place where beauticians do a quick course and start injecting. Alan is actually known for training other doctors in the field — do your research and you’ll see he’s one of the best, if not ‘the’ best in the industry. I drive almost a 4 hour long round trip to get to Number One Aesthetics and back home again and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Kayleigh and Alan are a dream team — professional, kind, and truly at the top of their game.

*****For those who want the best***** So this review is as real as it gets, I’ve just turned 40 and I’ve recently turned to Botox to help retain some of my youth. Both Kayleigh and Alan are as professional as it gets. Alan is a Dr and is very professional in the consultations, honest and guided by his years in the medical profession. I am a slightly nervous needle person however the process is practically painless. I wouldn’t want anyone else touching my face. Kayleigh is wonderful and professional too and makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in. She gives advice every time without fail no matter how many times you come, checking you are okay and honestly the two of them make a great team. If you’re looking for the best in aesthetics, this is the place.

I went to Number One Aesthetics for a gummy smile treatment just over a week ago and I am over the moon with my results! I've been going here for some time now and can honestly say I would never go anywhere else!!! It's a doctor led clinic, so you know you are always in safe hands. Kayleigh and Alan always go out of their way to ensure you are happy with your treatment, and assure you they are there should you need anything afterwards. I had asked Dr Sweeney about a certain treatment and he advised me against it, as I wouldn't achieve the look I wanted, most places would just do it and take your money, this is why I completely trust Number One! After many years researching where I wanted to go to have my lips done for the first time, I chose Number One Aesthetics, I was not disappointed. The primary reason as to why I chose Dr Alan was because I was very impressed with his clinical background and the fact that his clinic is Dr led by himself, with me being anaphylactic to many strange things it was very important I chose someone who would know what to do should I have an adverse reaction with me never having had filler before, despite the risks being extremely low. Immediately when I arrived to the clinic, I was welcomed by Kayleigh who straightaway put me at ease and talked me through what to expect, gave me plenty of numbing cream (hating needles this made me feel so much better!) and gave me a Ipad medical history form which I made me less nervous as that in itself showed the huge difference between a professional Dr led clinic and a backstreet garden shed ran by a beautician. Dr Alan fully understood the natural look I was looking for, my worries regarding my anaphylaxis and talked me through everything with it being my first time having filler so I felt really in control as the patient and enjoyed my experience with Number One Aesthetics, so much so I have been back for my first top up and I’m booked back in for my third trip back to them in June. I trust this clinic so much so I felt comfortable to leave my honest opinion in this review and I’ve even recommended my family members because I know they’re in the safest hands and will receive the best results for what they are looking for.
