I don't usually leave reviews but this felt necessary. Today was my first visit to this salon and I have drove past it many, many times. I only booked in for a gel removal after I was let down by my usual nail lady, who then couldn't fit in me in again any time soon for an event coming up. Despite my appointment being a simple gel removal, and first visit to this salon, it was possibly the best, most gentle and non damaging gel removal I've ever had on my nails. The overall care to my nails was also a lot more gentle and kind than I have experienced before and I didn't leave with painful cuticles!! Both the beauticians were very warm and welcoming and I will definitely be back here when I am ready for some new gel nails again. Thank you so much for such a lovely welcoming atmosphere to this salon as I also had my very young baby with me who thankfully slept very well throughout the appointment. Scared to speak so highly of you in case I then start to struggle to get appointments here instead!!! :-) x

I first had my consultation with Jo where we went over everything including what my main problem areas were, my current skin routine and lifestyle. I was guided to skincare that better suited my needs and booked treatments that would help my concerns as well as future treatments. As someone who knows nothing about beauty I was so happy to have someone guide me through what I needed, not just someone who wanted to take my money for any treatment. Have since re purchased the skin care as well as booking in future treatments! 💕

My lovely hubby purchased a gift voucher for pur anniversary. Nearly 60 I thought I shall go and discuss skincare etc. Well what a delightful experience. I met a fellow Sharon who felt like a friend of many years. She gave a luxury pedicure with gel. Amazing. Then a skin assessment and facial, discussing options available to lift and brighten. Informative, beautiful facial. Lovely environment. I will def be back. Thankyou Sharon from me to you. Fabulous.

First class service at no 37. Jo and Sharon are so friendly and really know how to help you feel and look your best. Highly recommend. 2022 and I'm still going back. I've recently had lip blushing and I'm thrilled with the results. Jo gave a thorough explanation of the procedure and really put me at ease. Highly recommend a visit.

First of all what a welcome and in lovely surroundings too. All beauticians there are amazing . You always feel relaxed and I feel like I’m someone special to them every time I arrive. I guess everyone gets the same treatment. Your always asked if you would like a drink IF you have to wait a short while. I love treating myself at No 37

Had my first experience at No37 today. I pass this place multiple times a day, yet never even knew it was there!! Or what services they provide!! I was nervous due to a previously uncomfortable experience with waxing at a different salon. However the staff here were all super friendly, polite and professional, ensuring they maintained my privacy at all times, despite having an intimate wax!! It was as pain free as possible and I was regularly asked how I was doing and was I ok. I was offered refreshments upon entering and really made to feel comfortable and relaxed, something I didnt think ide feel given the intimate waxing I was there for. It was a really nice experience and fairly priced and so local to me too!! I have pre-booked again in advance for 4 weeks time and cant wait to go!! Thank you so much for making me feel good 😊

Just had my first experience at No37 - Chelby did a fabulous manicure on my sad nails and oh so looking forward to my appointment to have lash extensions! Such a fun and yet relaxing place to spend quality "me" time - thank you girls!!!

Such a lovely place :-) No 37 is a beautifully presented building set back from the road with off street parking. It really doesn't feel when you are there that you are just outside a town centre, it feels very peaceful and serene. Inside is amazing and presented to a very high standard. It has multiple treatment rooms, everywhere is very clean with beautiful decor too. The ladies that run No 37 are always so helpful and knowledgeable and have a genuine interest in your skincare and beauty. I am so glad that I found this place and recommend it to every one that I talk to.

Been going for a while now and had a few different treatments which have all been brilliant. It is a very professional place where you feel wanted and that you are very special. Both ladies are very kind and always helpful and incredible knowledgeable. Would defiantly recommend. Jill
