had a Neogen Plasma treatment at Aesthetically Kind and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough.<br><br>Hannah was absolutely lovely from start to finish – she put me completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Her knowledge and professionalism really show, and I felt I was in very safe hands the whole time.<br><br>The clinic itself is calm, clean, and welcoming, and the experience felt genuinely personalised rather than rushed. Hannah was fantastic at sharing and explaining all the skin care options open to me. She is professional and friendly and made me feel at ease immediately. I didn't want injectables but wanted an all over skin refresh so chose a course of Neogen and very happy with the process and results. My skin feels and looks firmer and wrinkles aren't as pronounced.

Hannah is welcoming, friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. She takes time to build rapport making you feel extra special and not judged at all. Have had 2 Neogen treatments so far with Aesthetically Kind and they have been amazing. Hanna is an expert in her field and so welcoming and professional. A couple more treatments to go but very impressed so far.
