I had my first consultation with Sandra today for a hair electrolysis appointment, and it was brilliant. She clearly explained the procedure and did a patch test to see how my skin would react. Throughout the process, I felt completely at ease—especially impressive considering how daunting it can seem from the outside. Sandra is incredibly professional, and I’m really looking forward to my first full session!

Took a half day from work and can’t think of a better way to spend it . Great to be able to use vouchers for a manicure and my first dermalux facial and thanks for fitting in my overdue eyebrow appointment. Between all that and the chat and laugh Laura , it’s like a complete therapy session. Thank you for perking me up and lovely to see Sandra too x

I went to Natural Beauty for the first today for a body scrub. Laura is friendly and competent and she explained the steps for the treatment. Service is great and location is central and convenient.
