I have had a skin consultation and a few follow up appointments with Dr Uzma. Also had my first hydrafacial with Nicole today. The entire experience was amazing. Everyone was very professional. Everything was explained to me in great detail. The skincare products recommended to me have been brilliant. Really helped transform my skin and made me feel more confident. Had a consultation with laser technician, Nicole, today. She made me feel at ease, went through each step of the treatment with patience, explained in detail to ensure I was well informed, gave me the time and space to ask questions, listened really well and was, in a word, amazing! It took me a while to reach out to the clinic, as I am naturally a nervous person, but everyone met me with a smile, which made me feel immediately acknowledged and welcomed. Just had my stitches out after blepharoplasty last week and I’m already happy with the result. Professor Al-Ghazal made me feel really confident and relaxed before and during the procedure. Dr Uzma Qureshi was great when I saw her on the initial appointment and when I went for removal of dressings and stitches. Molly was lovely and kept me calm throughout the procedure.<br>Can’t wait to see the final results.

I am having skin treatment for past 6 months. I had lots of questions in my mind before this treatment. Once I got in good hands of Nicole and my doctor Uzma I felt comfortable and relaxed and as every appointment went I was in full confidence that I made the right choice. I booked in for my consultations with Dr Uzma, she has regularly seen me for the last 7+ months and each time she has taken care of my needs and adjusted my treatment where needed. Nicole has been doing my Hydrafacials and Skin pen treatment, it has been amazing and there is already a visible difference to my skin.
