Staff were lovely, they made it a very comfortable environment and gave me a stress ball for nerves,they explained what they was going to do before doing it,detailed aftercare and both the practitioner and trainee were lovely.lips look amazing

Lovely surroundings and rooms . Extremely clean rooms but relaxing . Friendly and welcoming staff . Really knowledgeable and professional yet approachable. When I asked about areas of my face honest and helpful advice and recommendations were given . Relaxed atmosphere for myself and treated with care . I feel great and my face looks good already . Such reasonable prices and no where near the costs of other providers . I’ve recommend to family and friends. Good times for me and I love looking younger I’m 58 now so it’s abit of a life line lol x I’m going to get micro needling and neckbands sorted . I’ll let you know how I get on . Thanks happy days xx

Was made to feel at ease by nurse Hayley, she checked my medication along with any recent hospital visits as it was explained to me this could be an issue with any procedure I had done . I felt very comfortable as she explained in detail what was happening, I was given details of aftercare when the procedure was finished. Extremely happy with my treatment today .

I have magdaleana and been coming to her for a year and half x she’s is amazing x The whole team at moon ashetics are all so loverly and make u feel so welcome xx. My Botox lasts six months the and that’s with out a top up x i don’t normally do reviews lol 😂 but I def think all these girls deserve the great feedback x.

I had my lips done today for the first time by a student. I was really nervous. Both the student and nurse were so lovely and reassuring. Towards the end I started to feel a little sick and faint and they stopped the procedure for me to have a break with no pressure or rush to carry on. Fed me with water and haribos, both were so sweet and caring. Really happy with the outcome and already want to go back for the Russian lips now. Thank you! Xx

My Botox treatment was a fantastic experience, all thanks to the wonderful young lady who performed it. She was so clean, presentable, and had a lovely, reassuring manner that instantly put me at ease. Her professionalism shone through, and while she mentioned being a nurse in training, her confidence and precision were that of a seasoned expert. I was especially grateful for her innovative approach under my eyes – she tried a different angle to prevent bruising, and it was a complete success. Not a single bruise! Highly recommend her work for anyone seeking a precise and comfortable treatment, I will definitely be re booking for my top up and future Botox if everyone is like her there
