Shelly was so nice & welcoming. She talked with you & not at you. She didn't make assumptions & ensured every part of the training being delivered was understood. Shelly welcomed questions during the training & offered additional advice & support after. I wouldn't hesitate to do more training with her & highly recommend her. Previous providers I've used have been so condescending & patronising. On one course both myself & another lady I trained with, felt like we were an inconvenience. Shelly is more than a world apart from that, she's a whole universe. Thoroughly recommended ❤️
