I went for an MRI of my right knee and Andrew made the experience so nice and relaxing. He explained the process clearly, asked if I was comfortable, played music while the imaging happened. Honestly, it went by fast and left relaxed and happy. Clean and organised centre. Thanks Andrew!

Had an abdominal and pelvic scan as I've been told by the NHS they will not investigate my severe pain I've had for the last few years with any MRI. I wanted someone to actually find out why I'm in pain. No results just yet via the private doctor but I just want to recommend this lovely service. The assistant and radiographer were so lovely. Nothing was rushed and everything felt very thorough and was performed with a smile. Nervousness is a huge part of an mri for many people but I couldn't have been looked after any better.

I had such a positive experience at the Medneo Imaging Centre for a Pelvic MRI scan. After almost 2 years of receiving relatively no explanation for my chronic pelvic pain from the NHS, I decided to look at going privately for answers. I am so glad I found this clinic, the staff are all so friendly, helpful and efficient. I felt so at ease going in for my scan, it was extremely thorough and I left feeling at ease. I received my results very quickly and finally have an explanation for my pain, it's enabled me to understand where I need to go next for further care. The radiographers are so kind but also some of the best and most qualified in the country. I'm extremely grateful to have taken the leap and visited, thank you.

The guys (sorry, can't remember their names!) who did my MRI scan were amazing. Kind, understanding, gentle and very professional. They made me feel very relaxed. I hardly felt the contrast dye being inserted or being removed- absolutely amazing. Thank you so much! 😊

The Receptionists were courteous and very helpful. They kept me informed on my request to have the MRI done on that day. The gentleman and lady radiographers who did the scan were super nice and they made me feel very comfortable. All in all it was a good experience under the circumstances.

Outstanding care and support from the whole Medneo team, especially Beth!! Thankful for all the knowledge and expertise 😊 The MRI machine was very new and rather quiet compared to others I have been in. It was bright inside and comfortable. You can pick a selection of songs to listen to music via headphones. The changing room has a locker for valuables. Overall, it was a faultless process. The consultant review after the scan was conducted thoroughly and answered all the questions in depth. Brilliant!

I cannot recommend Medneo highly enough. From the first point of contact with the polite and friendly receptionist through to meeting Peter and Emma, also both friendly and professional, everything went smoothly. You are made to feel very welcome and feel reassured knowing you are in good hands. Given the scanner is cold, Peter offered a blanket. When finished I couldn't wait for a cup of tea but couldn't figure out how to use the machine so Peter made it for me, much to my delight. All in all a first class service. Thanks guys!
