I have had 4 out of 6 treatments of my Excel V+ laser treatment with Natalie for my rosacea and I can honestly say the results are incredible. I am still yet to finish my course but I am already thrilled with the results! The redness has drastically reduced to the point it has almost gone. Natalie is also fabulous, she’s very knowledgeable, professional and has worked her magic on my skin. I couldn’t recommend this treatment or MediZen enough. For anyone considering this treatment for rosacea it is honestly life changing. Thank you Natalie! x

I had a large skin tag in a very personal area which prevented me from seeking treatment. For 13 years I worried needlessly. This clinic is fantastic! Understanding, sympathetic and dealt with my 'problem' with full professionalism and in a courteous manner. Had a skin consultation with Natalie, she’s so good at what she does. Informed me of absolutely everything I needed to know and created a catered skincare routine for me and a checkup in 8 weeks. Deffo know what I need to use and eliminate with my skin now. We also looked at my skin in the programme (scans ur face) and pinpointed where my skin lacks. Amazing would 100% recommend. Natalie is also super nice and comforting - this is your sign to get booked!

Hi I saw Natalie for Secret Pro treatment for my droopy eyelids and under eye bags. Natalie is very knowledgeable and very experienced in carrying out this treatment. This was very important to me in deciding whether to go ahead or not. I'm glad that I did as I'm very pleased with the overall results. Results are not immediate and you need to be prepared to wait a good few months before you start noticing the results. This was also explained to me prior to the treatment. I recommend Medizen as it's a Doctor led service and the staff are all highly trained. Natalie has been absolutely brilliant at putting me at ease and ensuring my comfort and safety are maintained throughout the procedure.

I saw Dr Eccleston for migraine treatment and he was very professional and friendly. The treatment was carried out very well and he explained everything thoroughly. He is an excellent clinician and I will be returning. Thank you Dr Eccleston.

I absolutely can’t recommend Medizen Sutton Coldfield enough. I booked 4 sessions of Laser Genesis (plus a Peel), with the lovely Laura, to help get rid of the sun damage which I have on my face. I’ve been impressed both by the treatment and the professionalism of the company itself. Already I’m seeing improvements to my face, even though I’ve not yet finished my course of treatment, which is great news! I also love my sessions with Laura and she explains everything which she is doing in detail and makes me feel totally relaxed throughout my treatment. I will definitely be going back!!
