I had such a fantastic experience from start to finish. The clinic is beautiful, welcoming and incredibly professional, and I felt completely at ease throughout my visit.<br><br>Before my laser treatment, I had a detailed skin scan, which was so interesting. Everything was explained thoroughly, from what the scan revealed about my skin to why the recommended treatment plan was right for me. I really appreciated how much time was taken to educate me rather than just sell a treatment.<br><br>The laser procedure itself was carried out with such care and professionalism. I felt confident I was in safe, experienced hands, and all of the aftercare was explained clearly.<br><br>The level of knowledge, attention to detail and genuine care for patients really sets this clinic apart. Went for my first ever treatment today, being a newbie to filler I was very nervous trusting someone with my face but I didn't need to worry, dan was extremely professional, he went over everything with me, listened to what I wanted, talked me through the whole process & made me feel at ease straight away, even went all in with botox too.<br>💯 will be returning.

Absolutely beautiful inside!!! Dan is thorough and very informative. Doesn’t try to push unnecessary treatments will advise you on what you need to look your best! Then asks if you still want to proceed absolutely no pressure at all!! Very gentle guy and super friendly

Its always a little scary going to a new salon in a new area, however I'd been told ' you won't find anywhere better than Medi-Spa'<br>How right this person was! Life before Medi-Spa 28<br>I have a fear of needles and the pain of any treatment used to put me off, I ended up fainting and regretting having the treatment.<br><br>Not anymore!!!! Since my first consultation at Medi-Spa 28, my trust was restored, no hard sell, honest conversations, superb environment and a very kind and caring Barbara.<br><br>A huge win for me is that treatment is virtually painless, yes painless, even lip enhancement. No fainting which is a huge achievement for me, but more because of the professionalism of Barbara. No need to mention how very professional everyone at the clinic is, their awards say it all.<br><br>My only regret is I never visited sooner and that Medi-Spa 28 was not in Stafford when my young adult was struggling with skin conditions, because the range of skin treatment offered is amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. They made us feel right at home and couldn’t do enough for us. Every detail was taken care of, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The food was delicious, and the facial was amazing – my skin felt incredible afterwards. This spa really knows how to make you feel special. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax and unwind!
