I have been coming for treatments with Barbara and the team for seven years now, I would never consider going elsewhere or even trust anyone else. The clinic is absolutely beautiful and the professionalism of Barbara, Dan and the staff is second to none. Always a wonderful experience

She explained everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure. Thanks to her expertise, I experienced minimal discomfort and felt completely confident that I was in the safest hands.<br><br>I’m now just two weeks post-treatment, and the results are already incredible. I can already see a noticeable lift and improvement, and knowing that the final results will continue to develop over the next two to three months is so exciting. I had my follow-up appointment today, and Barbara’s care and attention were just as exceptional as on the day of my treatment. Absolutely beautiful inside!!! Dan is thorough and very informative. Doesn’t try to push unnecessary treatments will advise you on what you need to look your best! Then asks if you still want to proceed absolutely no pressure at all!! Very gentle guy and super friendly

Its always a little scary going to a new salon in a new area, however I'd been told ' you won't find anywhere better than Medi-Spa'<br>How right this person was! Friendly welcome from Dan, professional and incredibly knowledgeable.<br>Dan listened to to how I felt about my skin and understood my budget, he then assessed and talked me through a plan going forward.<br>I felt understood, at ease and excited for my future treatments.<br>PS<br>Did I mention how stunning the clinic is ..

Life before Medi-Spa 28<br>I have a fear of needles and the pain of any treatment used to put me off, I ended up fainting and regretting having the treatment.<br><br>Not anymore!!!! Since my first consultation at Medi-Spa 28, my trust was restored, no hard sell, honest conversations, superb environment and a very kind and caring Barbara.<br><br>A huge win for me is that treatment is virtually painless, yes painless, even lip enhancement. No fainting which is a huge achievement for me, but more because of the professionalism of Barbara. No need to mention how very professional everyone at the clinic is, their awards say it all.<br><br>My only regret is I never visited sooner and that Medi-Spa 28 was not in Stafford when my young adult was struggling with skin conditions, because the range of skin treatment offered is amazing. I wouldn't trust anyone other than Medi-Spa 28 with my young adult daughters beautiful face and skin.<br><br>Thank you Barbara for making me feel amazing and for being a fabulous you xx

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. They made us feel right at home and couldn’t do enough for us. Every detail was taken care of, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The food was delicious, and the facial was amazing – my skin felt incredible afterwards. This spa really knows how to make you feel special. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax and unwind!

Booked a team Spa day today and couldn’t have been more delighted. The whole experience was incredible from the minute we arrived.
