Had the wells smooth filler treatment at Mazu. After doing a bit of research online I decided to book in, and am so glad I did! I had a great experience, the whole team was so friendly and accomodating. They thoroughly explained the process and took care at each step. They even added on a hair cut at the end<br>Would highly recommend, I will be going back!

The service at Mazu is excellent and highly professional. The location is so easily accessible and my treatments are always so relaxing. The staff are amazing, they ensure clear communication at all times and overall this establishment is a 10/10.

My first time at Mazu and it was a great experience.<br><br>I had the Luxury Signature Head Spa Treatment (75min) and absolutely loved it. So relaxing. Would definitely recommend. The description says it includes arm/hand massage which my treatment didn’t but I’d forgotten it said that & I’m sure if I’d asked it would have been given. The treatment was wonderful so still 5 stars.<br><br>All the staff were so nice too, it was my birthday and they gave me a little cup cake with the post treatment herbal tea (which was so good).<br><br>I’ll definitely be going back.

I am beyond happy with my experience at Mazu! I received a haircut, hair color, and an eyebrow shape, and everything turned out perfectly. The team is incredibly professional and friendly, they truly make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Highly recommended!

The selection of treatments is incredible and they are of exceptionally high quality and really fabulous. The place is spotlessly clean, airy and bright and I just love coming to MAZU as they treat all of their clients as VIP's. The whole team is very welcoming, friendly, punctual with their appointments and very accommodating to make sure your booking is just at the right time to suit you. Always smiley and professional, everyone there makes you feel like you are a welcomed guest in their own home. I feel amazing every time I leave...actually I already feel amazing every time I come in too :-).

I’ve been coming to this salon for a few years now, and they consistently provide great service. I usually get waxing done, and no matter how painful the procedure is, they make it feel much less uncomfortable. Everyone is very empathetic and lovely - always accommodating my needs and extremely helpful. After trying waxing at other places, I really notice a big difference in both the pain level and the overall results. Thank you, Musa, for always being amazing!

Mazu is such a gem! I go here for everything: haircut, colour, treatments, nails, brows and lashes… and they’re consistently brilliant. Marcela and Mauricio are true professionals who take care of everything I need, and everyone is so warm and welcoming. The vibe is always upbeat and positive: you’re greeted with a big smile and a coffee (or even a glass of prosecco!) total princess treatment. I leave feeling not just prettier, but lighter and more energised. Couldn’t recommend it more, especially to my fellow Brazilians. It took me ages to find a place I loved after moving to London, and once I found Mazu I stopped feeling like I had to wait until a trip back to Brazil to get things done.
