Well what can I say about my new brows - I absolutely love them ❤️. I didn’t have brows before I went to the salon but I came out feeling like a million dollars. Thank you so so much to Reena, whom I’ve known for a long time, as I knew I was in good hands and trusted her explicitly 😊. Her careful attention to detail and with her wealth of experience I feel like a different person when I look in the mirror now. So grateful for Reena finally guiding me to have them done at long last as I’ve been debating it for a couple of years. It was a very cold day when I entered Reena’s salon that particular day and she had even placed an electric heated throw on the bed for me - what an absolute treasure she is. The total experience was amazing from start to finish and Reena really calmed my nerves. I don’t have weekend brows now as I have everyday ones and can’t thank Reena enough - as I’ve had the best person possible to do them - Reena The Brow Queen xx

I got semipermanent permanent eyebrows with the pixelated and feather treatment.<br><br>The whole treatment was really good, I've been a loyal customer for so long and just to know that myself that it took me this long to decide to get my eyebrows done.<br><br>Reena spoked me through every stage of the process and answered all my questions. She was aware if I was in any pain and instantly stopped to let me take a break and provide me with numbing cream.<br><br>At the beginning my eyebrows were a little sparse with a few bald patches. After the treatment they look full and fluffy. Can't wait to see how these turn out.<br><br>If anyone is in any doubt, please do go in and ask as they will not hesitate to answer any questions and provide you with an excellent service.

When i first met Reena and her team i immediately felt i was in the right place for my treatment, they're warm and caring and have a clear passion for their work. When I went in for my treatment I was so nervous, I haven't had brows since I was in year 8 at school...im now 36! I was apprehensive but Reena put me at ease and I was soon relaxed and the excitement came. Throughtout my treatment our conversation flowed, it was like I had known Reena for years, we had a laugh I cried with happiness when I saw my brows and she comforted me in the nicest way. My first experience of pmu so was feeling bit nervous. Reena was great, she explained everything and talked me through the process, putting me at ease. Down to me now to follow aftercare instructions!

I popped in to make an appointment for threading. Reena was very welcoming and was able to treat me immediately. She was professional and efficient. I was so grateful for her amazing threading skills. I will be back!

As my work involves a lot of sitting at a desk I decided to book my first back, neck and shoulder massage with Urvi. After answering a couple of questions, Urvi began the massage and asked me to let her know if pressure was too much but it was right for me. I did not know that I had so much tension in my back but could feel it when pointed out! This was eased quite a bit by the end of the session and I did feel better for it. Half an hour flew by, so I didn’t hesitate to book another longer massage with added hot stones next time!
