The booking process was hassle free, and the staff were very friendly. Ulas the personal assistant was on the ball every step of the way. I did not have a travel companion, and he assisted with everything, from arranging transport all the way through to accompanying me to appointments. Thank you Ulas. The surgeon Dr CAN iLKER DEMiR is very knowledgably in his field and has a calming bed side manner.

I had a mummy makeover with Luviacure Medical, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or rushed into making any decisions, and every question or concern I had was answered quickly, professionally, and efficiently.<br><br>All patient transfers were punctual, comfortable, and of a very high standard. The hotel was excellent, and the hospital facilities were outstanding, making the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>My surgeon, Dr. Can Ilker, deserves special recognition. I genuinely believe he is a miracle worker. From my first consultation, he inspired confidence with his professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. The results of my surgery have exceeded all of my expectations and have truly changed my life for the better. Not only am I thrilled with my physical results, but I also feel so much more confident and comfortable in myself. I will always be grateful for the skill and care he showed throughout my journey.<br><br>A special mention also goes to Ulas, my patient representative, who was reassuring, friendly, and always available whenever I needed support or advice. The whole experience from beginning to end was great the hospital was modern and clean. my surgeon Dr can explained everything and spoke good English but they gave me an translator named ulas who made you feel that nothing was any trouble couldn't recommend enough

What a fantastic company from the 1st day I made contact to returning to the uk .<br>Never kept waiting for a response on a question nor was any thing to much in hospital or when I was in the hotel .<br>I traveled alone and I felt safe .<br>The hotel was 5 star and the hospital was 5 star too .<br>The surgeon was very honest and he gave me fantastic results and I’m so happy with them I had an arm lift breast up lift with fat injections.

I recently had breast reduction surgery and overall I’ve had a really positive experience.<br><br>Communication throughout the whole process was great, and Ulas was absolutely amazing — so supportive, professional, and fantastic at keeping me informed and reassured the entire time.<br><br>The doctor was absolutely amazing and guided me through everything from start to finish. I’m honestly so happy with the results and absolutely made up with the work that’s been done<br><br>Although the hospital itself felt quite dated, the care from the nurses was fantastic and they really looked after me well throughout my stay.<br><br>I did need some wound care once I returned home, and I felt this was another downside as support was only available over the phone rather than in person. However, this didn’t affect my healing and everything recovered well. Obviously, I understood the risks that can come with having surgery abroad and not always being able to access immediate in-person aftercare support back home.<br><br>Overall, despite a couple of downsides, I’m very happy with my experience and results. As a young mum wanting to feel like herself again, this has definitely achieved that.<br><br>I would me mindful that addiotnal money is more than likley needed as both me and my partner needed add ons.

I contacted Luviacure as I required removal of my old implants, a breast uplift, and new implants.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent – responses to any questions or queries were always quick, clear, and efficient. No question ever felt too big or too small, which was very reassuring.<br><br>Ulas (our Turkish contact) reached out a few weeks before our departure to introduce himself, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He made what could have been a very nerve-wracking experience feel much more manageable. He guided me through each day, regularly checking in to make sure I was okay, being present at the hospital, organising and collecting medication, confirming transfers, and always being available if I had any concerns – no matter the time of day. He is a real asset to the Luviacure team – thank you, Ulas 😊<br><br>The hotel provided was 5-star and absolutely lovely, which really helped make the overall experience more comfortable and relaxing during recovery.<br><br>I am now 3 weeks post-surgery and so far, I am very pleased with the outcome.<br><br>The reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 is due to the hospital experience. The hospital itself felt quite dated, and in comparison to the care I received when I previously had implants done privately in the UK, the level of care felt lower. I did make the Luviacare team aware of my feelings towards the hospital & they advised that they have since changed hospitals. I also felt slightly rushed when meeting the surgeon – I didn’t feel I had enough time to fully discuss my expectations, understand what was realistically achievable, or have the procedure clearly explained beforehand.<br><br>That said, the surgeon appears to have done an excellent job, and I am very happy with the results so far.

Overall an amazing experience. Ulas my interpreter/PA was amazing. My surgeon , Can Ilker Demir, is really skilled and has made my dreams come true. The hotel was amazing and staff helpful. I was able to get my extra long , vivid hair washed and dried while I was recuperating at the hotel. The hospital was clean but very outdated equipment and short on staff . Communication with nurses in the evenings was a bit hit and miss with the language barrier. The food was not palatable. The transfer taxis were a bit grim - all a bit run down and stinking of smoke. I will 100% use Luviacure for my next procedure as they were overall excellent and my results speak for themselves.

Ulas, who was assigned to us as a Luviacure consultant, was exceptional. He was friendly, always available to answer any questions you might have, and responded promptly. The hotel/clinic transfers and the transfer to the clinic were well-organized. Highly recommended.
