I had been following Lucy/the clinic for a while before reaching out for a consultation. From the start, I thought Lucy's results, qualifications and knowledge spoke for itself and this was only reaffirmed when I attended the clinic for the first time.<br><br>Lucy is incredibly honest and down to earth. Her lengthy experience in the clinical setting is very apparent from the get go and you feel really at ease.<br><br>We spoke at length about what the end result looked like for me and what Lucy felt was the right path. I came back a week later for treatment and am so very happy with the results, it has boosted my confidence so much. I have since been back for a check up to make sure everything was as expected and obviously it was.<br><br>I will definitely come back to the clinic for the same procedures and maybe some others such as skin treatments as Lucy is truly a magician! I was really quite apprehensive about having facial treatments, and honestly, finding the right person felt like a bit of a minefield. However, from the moment I met Lucy, all of that anxiety started to disappear. Everything was discussed thoroughly beforehand, and she took the time to explain each step clearly. Lucy was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely reassuring. The treatments I had were exactly what I was hoping for. I didn't want to look like I was chasing youth, which at 55 isn't realistic! But simply fresher more confident version of myself. I had my first appointment with Lucy today. The aesthetics room is beautiful, so clean and smelt amazing. Lucy explained in detail about the way muscles work in the face. I visited Lucy in her clinic recently and as soon as I walked in, I instantly felt safe. I’m almost 41 and have never had any form of aesthetic treatment before so I was a little nervous. Lucy instantly made me feel reassured with her wealth of knowledge and experience and after a little chat, she recommended the best form of treatment for what I wanted. Having Botox for me wasn’t about trying to look younger, it was about looking and feeling a better version of myself and this is exactly what Lucy advocates. The clinic is amazing and so is Lucy. I listened to her advice and I’m so happy with the results. I’ve seen a huge difference and not only has it made me feel so much more confident in myself but my face now has a glow to it that I was missing.
