From the off Jacqui has been absolutely lovely, she is very reassuring, very knowledgeable and always very professional. She has extremely extensive knowledge in her products and procedures. I am a 60 year old male and I now use ZO products only on my face and what a positive difference they have made, even other people have noticed!
