Definitely 5/5!! Jacqui is so professional and extremely warm, she put me at ease straight away. It was my 1st time going anywhere like this for treatment so I was very nervous. I had my lip ripped open quite a few years ago and over time due to it not being sewn up completely symmetrical I had developed lines. It made me quite self conscious. I saw a very good review on Facebook where Jacqui had helped someone in a similar situation so I asked if she could help me. Well…. I am so so happy. My lips look so much fuller and more symmetrical plus the lines are not very visible. I have my confidence back!!! I am so so happy I found Jacqui. The rewards hung all over her wall speak volumes. She was so reassuring, took her time and really cares about the experience and outcome. A true professional! Highly recommended!
