I had an appointment with Kylie for skin tag removal, and this was my second visit to the clinic but my first time being treated by her.<br><br>At first, I was quite nervous and didn’t feel very confident about the procedure. However, as soon as Kylie started explaining the process and what to expect, she immediately put me at ease. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing.<br><br>I chose to have the procedure without numbing cream, and to my surprise, I hardly felt any discomfort at all. I have been a client of this clinic for a couple of years now and always find Kate extremely knowledgeable, personable and top tier customer service. I can see why she is in charge of running the clinic. I have had many microneedling and chemical peel treatments with Ellen and whilst I kept going back because she was so patient, skilled and knowledgeable, I also always enjoyed the little chats we'd have and the giggles. She always made the whole experience enjoyable. I am now a patient with the dermatology doctor and miss the ladies on the other side of the clinic! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone interested in treatments

I was a regular client at this clinic for over a year, and aesthetician Leigh was always so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She took time to discuss different treatment options with me and to tailor them to my skin's specific needs. I especially appreciated her warmth and how she went out of her way to answer my (numerous!) skincare questions. Sadly I am moving out of London, but if this wasn’t the case I would have been a life-long client.

I had an appointment with Dr Inna for milia extraction and sebaceous hyperplasia. I had this issue for years and she managed to resolve it in a few minutes. Im over the moon with the treatment. Dr. Inna removed my milia quickly and completely, with as little pain as possible. It was in a tricky area near my eye, but the whole procedure went smoothly and the result was excellent. I’m very happy with the experience and would highly recommend her.
