Hello I wanted to send a message of thanks<br><br>I came in 3 weeks ago for an iron infusion in the hope of increasing my haemoglobin prior to surgery!<br><br>In 3 weeks it went from 113 (where it had stuck for 6 months and wouldn’t go up) to 117 in that short space of time.<br><br>In this I was able to have the surgery planned! The experience with you was amazing and would recommend anyone to you all!<br><br>Thank you again for your help which was all last minute , but being able to see me and give me the infusion in that time

Exceptional Care During a Challenging Time<br><br>I recently completed three weeks of intensive IV therapy at the Levitas clinic in Guildford, and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team.<br><br>From the physician associates and doctors to the administrative staff, every single person I encountered provided outstanding care. What impressed me most was how my needs were consistently anticipated before I even had to ask. The level of attention and thoughtfulness made what could have been an exhausting experience far more manageable.<br><br>During a time when I was feeling tired, overwrought and emotionally vulnerable, the team showed genuine kindness and compassion. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was a clinical need or simply a moment of reassurance, they were there with warmth and professionalism.<br><br>The atmosphere at the clinic strikes the perfect balance of warmth and friendliness whilst maintaining the highest professional standards. The staff didn't just treat my condition, they cared for me as a person, which made all the difference during those challenging weeks.<br><br>I'm deeply grateful for the care I received and would wholeheartedly recommend the Levitas clinic to anyone seeking not just excellent medical treatment, but truly compassionate, patient-centered care.

Sarahjane at reception was fantastic – she explained the service clearly and made the booking process really easy. Dr. Prakash was very understanding and attentive while carrying out the microsuction, making sure I was comfortable throughout. He also gave very constructive recommendations for aftercare. I was able to get a same-day appointment after calling the clinic, which was really convenient. Sarahjane was especially helpful in advising me about the services and making the booking process smooth. Dr. Prakash was fantastic – he really listened to my concerns, explained things clearly, and diagnosed the problem thoroughly.
