I was able to get a same-day appointment after calling the clinic, which was really convenient. Sarahjane was especially helpful in advising me about the services and making the booking process smooth. Dr. Prakash was fantastic – he really listened to my concerns, explained things clearly, and diagnosed the problem thoroughly. Overall, an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I was under the care of Levitas for NOMAD. The practice setting is welcoming, friendly and settles one quickly, despite the nerves! The staff, HCA, GPs and support staff are courteous, responsive and invariably kind. NOMAD involved consultations, clinical measurement and drips on every visit. It was astonishingly effective.

Had ear micro suction at Levitas Guildford clinic and was really impressed. The team were professional and reassuring, and for the first time I had the procedure done with no pain or discomfort at all. Quick, straightforward, and a noticeably better result than elsewhere. I’ve visited twice for keloid scar treatment. Sarah-Jane helped me with my booking, she made the whole process so smooth and easy. Even contacted me a few days before my second appointment and managed to get me in sooner. Sarah-Jane also greeted me when I arrived on both occasions and offered me a drink straight away. I was feeling quite nervous due to my fear or needles but she assisted in my appointment with Nadia and was so kind and friendly, putting my mind at ease.
