She answered all my questions with confidence and was very knowledgeable about the treatments. Seema conducted my consultation with great care, taking the time to fully understand my needs and discuss the most suitable options. I felt completely reassured and at ease throughout the process.

Visited Leicester MediSpa for a review on the Melasma Treatment I am having. Very comfortable and friendly environment. All the girls there are exceptionally friendly. Shanur has full knowledge and experience of various skin conditions and the advice she offers is good, clear and very honest. She will tell you the truth! My Melasma using the Obagi Nu Derm Treatment has almost cleared up and I can honestly say in my working week I don't wear make-up which is something I have never done before. I had a Hydrafacial with Leila and it was honestly the best I’ve ever had. She explained everything so clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and the results were incredible my skin has never looked or felt so good. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish, and she’s so knowledgeable about skincare that I came away feeling really well looked after. Couldn’t recommend her more highly!

The staff at Medispa are all so lovely and very professional. I’ve been coming here for my laser treatments with Leila and during the sessions she’d always make sure I’m comfortable and talks me through the process, she knows her stuff well which makes me feel confident, the results speak for itself! I’ve also had a skin consultation with Shay and it was really informative and she talked me through all my skin issues and which direction we should take towards brighter and healthier skin.
