I have been going to Leicester MediSpa for over a year now and would definitely recommend it. The team are very helpful and always willing to help or answer any queries. Shanur is very knowledgeable and has always assisted me and provided me with the correct guidance on any skin concerns, she definitely goes above and beyond and truly cares for the customers needs. From the very first moment I walked in I was welcomed and felt very comfortable.

My first time visiting Medispa and definitely not the last one. Beautiful place ,spotless and clean with a homely feel. I was greater by Remi who was very professional, welcoming and knowledgable. It’s a lovely place, variety of treatments available for both skin and body care. Highly Recommended

I had an amazing experience at this MediSpa. The facility is exceptionally clean, and every staff member was warm, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure I felt comfortable and supported from the very beginning to the end of my treatment. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning!

I had a fantastic experience with my skin analysis! It was incredibly formative and detailed, giving me so much insight into my skin’s needs. From start to finish, I felt truly welcomed and comfortable. I left feeling not only informed but also really happy and confident in taking better care of my skin.

Flawless service, expertise and treatment. I saw Shanur for a skin analysis and Botox. Shanur was fantastic, she truly has the best interests of her clients at the centre. She takes time to genuinely understand the needs and complexities of each individual (I speak on behalf of myself and my mum) and I wouldn’t look anywhere else for treatment of this kind.

The staff were professional friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The clinic is spotless and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Definitely a 5 star experience from me. Highly recommended.

I’ve been having DYE-SR IPL for my rosacea with Ellena and couldn’t be happier! She’s so friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable straight away. There was no pressure at all, she was really honest about what to expect and took the time to do a thorough consultation and skin analysis. I received a full email report with photos and helpful advice on treatments, skincare, and lifestyle changes. Ellena explained everything clearly and is so knowledgeable. I’ve had 2 out of 6 IPL sessions so far and can already see a difference. Highly recommend!
