Both Katie & Chloe are great. Super professional, personable and lovely to be around along with instantly putting you at ease. Katie's knowledge and explanations of the treatments is incredible - having been a nurse in her previous life, I instantly trusted her and knew I was going to be in very safe hands. The clinic is aways immaculate and I always look forward to seeing them.

Super friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Katy is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time during my consultation to explain everything thoroughly, answer all my questions, and assess exactly what my skin needed. The follow-up and aftercare have been fantastic, and the results are exactly what I was hoping for. I genuinely wouldn't trust my face to anyone else and can't recommend Katy highly enough!

She has a lovely persona, and talks you through the procedure answering any questions you may have.<br><br>It is clearly evident that she is very knowledgeable and takes pride in what she does. My partner came here for a private blood test. He had to rearrange the appointment to be slightly later due to work commitments and a bad crash on the A1 made us later than anticipated too. Katie was very understanding. It seems to be a reoccurring trend that phlebotomists struggle to get enough blood out of him, even after 2L+ of water! Same issue did happen today unfortunately, but he said he felt very comfortable and that Katie was great 😁

Yesterday I visited KLA Medical Aesthetics Clinic in Grantham for a blood draw and honestly left feeling pampered. From the moment I walked through the door Katie put me completely at ease with her friendly welcome and spotless, modern clinic. She found the vein first time, the needle was in and out quicker than my phone unlocking, and I barely felt a thing. Katie talked me through every step, checked I was comfortable, and had me bandaged up and off on my way in under a few minutes.<br><br>The whole experience ran like clockwork - easy online booking, no waiting on arrival, and the clinic is so clean you could eat your lunch off the floor (though I suspect that’s not on the treatment menu). I’ll happily recommend KLA - and Katie in particular - to friends, family, and anyone else who'll listen.<br><br>Highly recommended.
