Nurse Claire was amazing, super kind, professional, and explained everything really well. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be going back!

Hydrafacial*** I’ve been going to Stacey at KL for the last few years I have had various treatments which have all had fantastic results !!!! My go to treatment is the Hydrafacial I have it every 6-8 weeks and the results speak for themselves. Always tailored to how my skin is on the day and personal to my needs. Stacey is both a professional and perfectionist. She always goes above and beyond. The salon is clean and aesthetically pleasing and all the team are very friendly. Exceptional service 🩷

I came to the clinic for the first time today and was really nervous as I wasn’t 100% what treatment would be best. Everyone at the clinic was really friendly and welcoming and Claire who did my treatment was fantastic. She explained everything really well and made me feel really happy and confident with my choice. The clinic is spotless and the staff are lovely - highly recommend :) xx

What an amazing experience! I have never had any cosmetic procedures before and all the team were super kind and friendly and very professional,nurse Claire did my lip fillers and talked me through the whole thing and made sure I was comfortable and i am very happy with the results! Cannot recommend this clinic enough!

I visited KL cosmetics for the first time today and had a treatment with Claire. Parking is really easy as it's out of town centre. The facility is spotless and the staff are super friendly, calm and welcoming. Claire is lovely; really professional and such a knowledgeable practitioner. I recently booked an IPL laser patch test at KL Cosmetics, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional, taking the time to explain the process clearly and answer all of my questions. Stacey carefully assessed my skin type and discussed my goals before proceeding with the test. I appreciated how thorough they were in explaining how IPL works, what to expect during the treatment, and the importance of the patch test in checking for sensitivity or reactions. The patch test itself was quick and comfortable, with only a mild warm sensation. Afterward, Stacey provided clear aftercare instructions and outlined the next steps should I decide to go ahead with a full course of treatments. What stood out most was the clinic’s attention to detail and patient care. The atmosphere felt very safe, hygienic, and professional, which gave me full confidence in their services. Overall, I had a very positive experience at KL Cosmetics and would recommend to anyone considering laser treatments or any kind of treatment.

The best service I have ever received anywhere ever! So friendly and calming from the moment we walked in. I brought my partner and Chloe was so welcoming and accommodating, reassured me and chatted with us and answered any questions we have. My procedure was done by Jacqueline and I couldn’t have asked for a more reassuring and kind nurse! She talked me through the whole process and throughout the procedure she made me feel so calm, I told her she could record guided meditations as her voice is so relaxing! 😂 absolutely amazing service couldn’t be better x
