I recently booked an IPL laser patch test at KL Cosmetics, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional, taking the time to explain the process clearly and answer all of my questions. Stacey carefully assessed my skin type and discussed my goals before proceeding with the test. I appreciated how thorough they were in explaining how IPL works, what to expect during the treatment, and the importance of the patch test in checking for sensitivity or reactions. The patch test itself was quick and comfortable, with only a mild warm sensation. Afterward, Stacey provided clear aftercare instructions and outlined the next steps should I decide to go ahead with a full course of treatments. What stood out most was the clinic’s attention to detail and patient care. The atmosphere felt very safe, hygienic, and professional, which gave me full confidence in their services. Overall, I had a very positive experience at KL Cosmetics and would recommend to anyone considering laser treatments or any kind of treatment.

I’ve been having treatments with Kirsty since before the KL clinic opened. Ive also had numerous treatments with Jaqs. Sophie and Chloe give the best welcome. The clinic is pristine, the ladies are all amazing and have become friends. I love going just to catch up with everyone! Not to mention their absolute professional and amazing treatments. You will not find a better clinic with a better team, if there was 10 stars I’d be giving 10!

The best service I have ever received anywhere ever! So friendly and calming from the moment we walked in. I brought my partner and Chloe was so welcoming and accommodating, reassured me and chatted with us and answered any questions we have. My procedure was done by Jacqueline and I couldn’t have asked for a more reassuring and kind nurse! She talked me through the whole process and throughout the procedure she made me feel so calm, I told her she could record guided meditations as her voice is so relaxing! 😂 absolutely amazing service couldn’t be better x

Fantastic clinic to visit, extremely clean, very professional and friendly staff. Have had a number of lip enhancements here now and every time has been superb in every aspect. Highly recommend anyone to visit for the array of treatments they offer. Lovely to meet Claire today who did my treatment, absolutely painless ensuring at all times I was okay. All the practitioners I have seen are fantastic in their work and not forgetting the lovely Chloe who greets you on arrival. Amazing Ladies, thank you 😊

I had my lips done today only my second time ever. The level of cleanness 10/10. A very warm and inviting clinic. The treatment itself was perfect. Claire was professional and caring. Really making you feel comfortable and at ease. Very informative also. Highly recommend having any treatment done here.

I have been a KL Cosmetic Clinics for few years now. I trust Kirsty and Claire with taking care of me. Both ladies are professional and explain everything in detail. They make you feel comfortable and safe. Also, very gentle during treatment. As always, I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend this place.
