What a lovely first visit, Katey is very kind and friendly and so very helpful. She explained everything in detail and fully answered our queries. Katey did a patch test for me, but did it on an age spot and a thread vein and I can already see an improvement. She also gave me a sample of sun cream and exfoliating cream to try. I felt very spoilt. Katey booked myself and my friend in very promptly as I wanted improvement by my birthday in a few weeks. I had an excellent experience with Jasmine. She took the time to listen, gave a clear and confident explanation of the issue and treatment plan, and didn’t default to generic solutions. I was recommended IPL laser treatment tailored to the issue. The initial test patch already showed promising results, and I felt confident in both her expertise and approach. A really positive experience overall. I really appreciated the calm, personable manner and would be more than happy to return.

Booked in with Katie for hyperhydrosis treatment. The service I received was phenomenal Katie explained every step alone the way and the procedure its self was relatively painless and very efficient. I would highly recommend for anyone who may be nervous as all questions I had were answered and explained.

We brought our 12 year old son to see Katie for cryotherapy to get rid of some warts on his hand that were bothering him. Katie was gentle, loving, and took her time to explain everything. He was nervous about the treatment but Katie made the entire experience easy and comfortable for him. She calmed his nerves and took her time to check in and to make sure his pain was minimal. Very thankful for Katie and her amazing bedside manner!

Promised that I would do this MONTHS ago... From start to finish my experience with Katie and the team was incredibly professional, I was really nervous about approaching them as I'd never had anything 'done' prior, however I booked in for a consultation as they are the best rated. I can absolutely see why, from walking in, I was made to feel at ease, they knew what I wanted as soon as I walked through the door! Katie was honest with me, thoroughly went through the risks and told me prior if my treatment wasn't suitable. I had tear trough filler, and will absolutely book in for it again.
