Beautiful, clean clinic and all the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. This was my first time having Botox — something I never thought I’d try because I was nervous about needles and didn’t fully trust anyone to do it. But knowing Kelsey is a trained nurse and hearing so much amazing feedback about her gave me the confidence to finally go for it. Kelsey made me feel completely relaxed and was so patient throughout. She explained every step and checked that I was comfortable the whole time. The procedure didn’t hurt at all, and I’m already extremely happy with my results. I can’t wait for my next visit! 😁

Kelsey is incredible. So talented, so precise, and genuinely the sweetest soul. I’m obsessed with my Botox and lip filler. She just gets faces and knows exactly how to enhance without ever overdoing it. Her whole team are amazing too: warm, welcoming, and so friendly from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely loved my experience at KB- Kelsey was super sweet and responded to my queries even though she was on a holiday.
