It was my first time visiting the clinic today and I had a lovely Skinpen facial with Louise. Louise took her time and answered so many of my questions regarding my concerns and recommend products which could benefit me. Will defiantly be back.

Having been recommended by my previous aesthetic professional I was delighted to meet Kelsay today . I was made to feel welcome and all procedures were explained in full . Kelsey and the team are an absolute. Joy to visit . I can’t thank them enough for their patience and professionalism. First time visiting KB Aesthetics this week. Staff are very friendly and Kelsey is genuinely a very kind and caring soul and very knowledgeable. She has the patient's best interests at heart. I was provided with a comprehensive plan for my skincare needs, immediately following my appointment, with no pressure applied.

I had a consultation on Saturday with Kelsey, and it was a really positive experience from start to finish. The consultation was very informative, and Kelsey is clearly extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident, especially as this is the first time I’ve been seriously considering some of the treatments we discussed.<br>She has a great deal of experience, and that really shows in how thoughtfully she approaches skincare and treatment planning. I never felt rushed, she took her time and made the consultation feel personalised rather than sales-driven.<br>The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and very calming, which added to the overall experience. I’ve been looking for the right person to trust with my skincare journey for quite some time, and Kelsey definitely made me feel at ease and confident about moving forward.<br><br>I’m really looking forward to following her recommendations, both for my skincare routine and for future treatments at the clinic. Absolutely love this clinic! I’ve had several treatments here and every visit has been an amazing experience. Beautiful, clean clinic and all the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. This was my first time having Botox — something I never thought I’d try because I was nervous about needles and didn’t fully trust anyone to do it. But knowing Kelsey is a trained nurse and hearing so much amazing feedback about her gave me the confidence to finally go for it.<br><br>Kelsey made me feel completely relaxed and was so patient throughout. She explained every step and checked that I was comfortable the whole time. The procedure didn’t hurt at all, and I’m already extremely happy with my results. I can’t wait for my next visit! 😁

Kelsey is incredible. So talented, so precise, and genuinely the sweetest soul. I’m obsessed with my Botox and lip filler. She just gets faces and knows exactly how to enhance without ever overdoing it. Her whole team are amazing too: warm, welcoming, and so friendly from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I can’t speak highly enough of KB Aesthetics, and Kelsey. The entire experience from the moment I walked in was fantastic. I felt so comfortable and at ease with Kelsey she was so knowledgeable about the treatments I wanted. I have been back 4 times now for different treatments and I can’t wait to go again.
