I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr Karwal. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The space was clean, calming, and beautifully designed—definitely the kind of environment that makes you feel instantly relaxed. I booked a filler dissolving on my nose which i was very worried about beforehand due to risks and complications however Dr Karwal made me feel super confident in getting this procedure done, he is very confident in what he does also experienced with alot of knowledge about everything. Dr Karwal took the time to assess my skin, explained every step of the process, and customized the treatment to my specific needs. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but his touch is gentle and precise. The downtime was fast with no problems at all, i am extremely happy and wouldn’t go to anyone else after this experience.

Had the Endolift with Dr Kawal i can honestly say the experience was great ! From the initial consultation to performing the treatment . I was super nervous but i was quickly reassured and felt completely at ease when we began the treatment . I’m one week after treatment now and initial swelling has subsided leaving skin visibly tighter , still some slight bruising left on neck but fading daily . Will keep you updated on future results .

I really liked Dr. Arun's minimalistic approach. He is upfront with giving information on what might be needed vs. what might not be necessary. He was patient with answering questions and the overall experience was very professional. Regarding the results from my tear trough filler, I wanted something subtle and that's what I got (even my spouse couldn't tell much of a difference, but I think it added some brightness to my face). I highly recommend this practice especially if this is the first time with fillers.

Visited Dr Karwal clinic two weeks ago for the first time, got mid cheeks and tear trough filler. Aesthetic treatments and anything that involves needles make me incredibly nervous and scared and I think it was quite noticeable 😂 But he was very calm, kept me relaxed and it was almost completely pain free. Been struggling with my under eyes since a very young age (12/13 years old) and I’m pleased with the results so far, it’s a good improvement that it’s giving me more self confidence. Done these treatments once before in another place but the result is better this time, hopefully it will last a bit longer aswell. After I had just bit of swelling and slightly yellow bruise on the right side since my skin is super sensitive. Really hope in the future I’ll be able to go back to try other treatments as well Thank you
