I must say this was an easy 5 star to give Dr Karwal. The service he provided was absolutely seamless not to mention his beautiful and flawless space. He made me feel comfortable, he listened and was extremely patient towards my concerns. Even though I was a little apprehensive at first, the end result was even better than expected. Thank you so much for your skill but most importantly your kindness and warmth.

I had ultrasound-guided filler dissolving in mid-face and everything went very well. After just one visit all the filler from many years back was gone. The doctor spent a lot of time explaining the procedure and answering my questions and pricing was as stated on the website.

I can not rave enough about Dr Karwal! I initially went to see him as I had a face full of filler it looked awful and I worried that dissolving would leave me with completely sagging skin. Dr Karwal used Ultrasound to dissolve the filler and my face doesn't look like what I thought it would! He is absolutely amazing. He is patient and supportive and I have been back a few times and he is very accommodating and listens to you. What really shines out for me is Dr Karwal doesn't offer you what you don't need. He is honest and also doesn't rush you. I have always felt very comfortable and reassured. I highly recommend him. His assistant is also very warm and welcoming. Just a great team and a great service. The follow up after treatment is also wonderful. I will be back shortly for my Endolift treatment. Thank you so so much Dr Karwal.

I’m visiting Karwal For my neck I’m a 62 year old man and my neck is looking awful in my eyes a bit like a turkey lol Dr Arun listened to my concerns and was very reassuring he has an amazing bedside manner and advised me to try the Sunekos treatment I’m halfway through my treatment plan and already I’m happy with the results I can’t wait for the final treatment if it looks this good already . Dr Arun’s experience as a practicing medic means his process is almost painless and was finished so quickly I can’t recommend him enough he’s amazing

My visit to Dr Karwal on 09/08/25 for Endolift treatment was excellent. The clinic is easy to find and absolutely lovely with a calming waiting room. Dr Karwal fully explained the process of the treatment and what I should expect during and after, he also answered any questions I had. I have to say I was quite nervous, but really needn’t have been as both Dr Karwal and his assistant were so lovely. I can’t wait for the final results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic.
