I had 3 sessions of Neogen on my eyes over several months; I can't say the treatment is painless, but the results have been fantastic. Sophie was brilliant and very knowledgeable about the process. Seeing the before and after pics really highlighted the improvements for me with a reduction of loose skin above and below my eyes. I'd recommend this treatment to anyone who doesn't want surgery; I've had so many people tell me I look brighter and less tired, but because the treatment is subtle over a period of time they don't realise I've had anything done. I am an expat living in Hong Kong and had been following Jayne’s work on Instagram for some time. I decided to take the plunge and try someone new on my next visit home, and I’m so glad I did.<br><br>Jayne is extremely attentive, taking the time during the consultation process to actually listen to my needs—something I wasn’t receiving in Hong Kong. She recommended Botox and filler treatments to give a subtle and refreshed look, and I’m very happy with the result. She has a gentle hand, and the procedure was literally pain-free—something I was nervous about, especially after having had a somewhat painful experience in Hong<br>Kong.<br><br>She also took the time to send me before-and-after pictures, along with a detailed facial map of where I had received the treatments, so I had a record to take with me if needed. I’ll most definitely be back to see Jayne next year on my annual visit home.

This was my 4th visit it was for a follow up appointment I had after having my 2nd lot of Botox, I am made to feel so comfortable, it’s just like chatting to a friend, the results are amazing, it looks and feels natural, the confidence I have started to get back is just amazing. I have only just started visiting this clinic and stumbled on it by accident in my search for. a Neo Gen provider and wow!!! I’m massively impressed!! From the moment I called up to enquire the lady on reception was so warm and friendly making me feel really welcome.<br><br>I went for my consultation with Sophie who has actually treated me previously at another clinic and she is absolutely amazing!! I booked in straight away with no hesitation when I learned she was practicing at this clinic. This lovely lady really knows her skin game and is an expert at putting your mind at ease.<br><br>At the consultation Sophie was so kind and supportive of my fears with Neo Gen and put my mind at ease ready for my first treatment which was a few days ago. In the consultation I was given a few goodies of Jane Taylor’s bespoke facial products and they are gold standard just like the medical grade ones from ZO for example. I will be buying some of these.<br><br>The aftercare from the Neo Gen treatment at this clinic is 2nd to none, I was given a bag with creams and instructions to follow they even provided a small spf cream!!<br><br>This place is so relaxed and it’s a pleasure to come and have a treatment even if it’s a bit painful, the staff really compensate for this.
