Shakeela is an experienced therapist who is always very friendly, and I truly feel as though a family member is looking after me. During my last session, she applied the local anaesthetic so skilfully that I did not feel a thing during my microneedling treatment. Anu is always available to help with any questions or appointment changes. When my car broke down, she kindly postponed my appointment without any cancellation fee and even made sure I was safe and well. Dr Ahmad is an experienced and knowledgeable practitioner who has my complete trust, and the results of his treatments always reflect his exceptional skill and expertise.

I had a hifu facial yesterday with Shakeela. She explained all aspects of the treatment to me before we started and during the treatment. Constantly making sure that I felt comfortable, Or if I would like anything to be altered. Amazing service from the moment I walked through the door. Dr and all the therapists came out to introduce themselves. What a lovely welcoming!! Had a wonderful appointment with shakeera today who is just lovely. Made me feel as ease and really took care of me during a cavitation treatment on my thighs. I nearly fell asleep a few times it was so relaxing. Happy with the results and already plan to go back for further treatment.

Great experience, was nervous given my aversion to needles but the Dr was certainly skilled with the needle and I barely felt anything during the fat dissolving injections, the whole team are very friendly and kind. Will be back for more treatments. Thanks again.
