I had a fabulous experience with iQonic, right from the very start with sandy the receptionist , to my consultation with dr ali and the procedure with the incredible team in the A lounge.. I was worried to get this procedure done as it is a big thing, however I am absolutely over the moon. The results are so noticeable but natural they feel amazing and it was honestly like a walk in the park recovery wise! I travelled from Scotland down to London as I wouldn’t trust anyone else

I had a breast augmentation and mastopexy with Dr Arnaout in January 2025. I felt very comfortable during our consultations - Dr Arnaout was very knowledgeable and was able to advise and guide me to make the right choice about my surgery.<br>All of the staff I encountered during my surgery and pre and post op appointments were extremely warm and helpful and I felt like I was in safe hands throughout.<br>I would highly recommend Dr Arnaout and Iqonic Aesthetics!

I am now 8 months post-op from breast augmentation with Dr. Adrian Richards and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. From my very first consultation, I felt confident and reassured and wanted him to be my surgeon. I experienced minimal discomfort and was impressed by how natural my results looked even as I healed. The clinic’s follow-up appointments at 12 weeks and 6 months are highly worth it and I encourage you to attend them to make sure you are healing is progressing well.<br><br>Also I really enjoyed using the Adoreal platform, it is very convenient and useful as it keeps all the important documentation and records in one place making it easy to access and track the progress.<br><br>So far very happy and looking forward to my one year post-op appointment to see my final healed results.

Dr Arnout is surely a magician 🪄 in his field. My breast augmentation results are so natural, I couldn’t be happier. The scar is barely noticeable. I think that with proper aftercare it won’t even be visible in few months.

I had breast augmentation by Dr Adrian Richards, using Motiva implants via the Preservé method. When I came to iQonic, Adrian and Lucy listened to what I wanted - both in terms of outcome and recovery - and outlined my different options and what they believed was best suited to my goals. I was quite nervous around size (and not wanting to go too big), but opted to go for what they recommended (which they said would give me an approx 2 cup size increase - which is what my goal was), and I'm so glad I did, the results are perfect. The surgery was extremely smooth, I was in and out of the hospital in 4 hours and felt very safe and well taken care of whilst there. I felt a bit of discomfort the first few days after the surgery, but I wasn't really in pain. It was really quite remarkable how quick and comfortable the recovery was. It's been 7 weeks and I could not be happier with the results, they are looking & feeling more and more natural day by day. Wow wow wow! I could not be happier with the service from Iqonic London. After initially thinking I wanted breast implants, Prof Sandip Hindocha suggested I explored just an uplift. I am so glad I took his advice - it is not something I had thought of before and am so grateful for his honesty. I recently underwent a breast augmentation with Dr Arnaout at Iqonic Aesthetics. He was superb from start to finish guiding me on implant choice and the procedure approach that would best suit my needs. Along my journey I also had fantastic support from Abi who was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Sandy and Lucy were also incredibly friendly and helpful when Abi wasn’t available and the team at the A Lounge on the day of the surgery were incredible.
