Excellent service, attention to detail and care. Cat's approach is very considered, professional and just the right amount of relaxed. I felt totally at ease, which was important as I'd had a bad experience with the one treatment I'd had with another clinic and I don't really go for treatments beyond facials normally normally so it made the treatment unexpectedly enjoyable with the calm setting in the clinic and warm tone from Cat.
