Always a great service and super speedy responses to any query. The app is an excellent and overall the treatment really works. I have felt comfortable in retainers throughout and I’m excited to finish the treatment!

I had concerns with a stubborn tooth shifting whilst waiting for my final retainer after having composite bonding done. I expressed these concerns to Monica and she used her years of experience and skill to quickly improvise and modify my current aligner to allow me to keep wearing it until I receive the final retainer. This will prevent any shifts and allow me to wear the final retainer without any issues. Really happy with my results today, special thanks to Monica as well as Ramona and Juliet.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made me feel completely relaxed during my visit. I would highly recommend Impress to anyone who needs their teeth fixed.

I had my very first aligners appointment today, and I’m so glad I chose to start my treatment here. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt clean, modern, and welcoming. I was seen by Zaira, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain each step clearly, from the 3D scans and photos to how the aligners will work for me. She was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, making me feel completely at ease, which I really appreciated as it was my first visit. Zaira also answered all of my questions in detail and gave me a clear idea of what to expect during the process. She helped get through the payment processes with a breeze even though there were a few complications. The whole team was lovely but unfortunately I didn't get names. All in all this is a great place to start your treatment if you’re looking for a place that really cares about their patients. Ask for Zaira she’ll help you through everything!

The staff are lovely, and customer service is definitely improving. I’ve been doing the treatment for almost a year. I asked for an X-ray as I was a bit worried with some of my teeth, and they did it promptly - I feel much more at ease now. On the day of the appointment, Limia greeted me with a big smile and even brought me a glass of water while I waited. Really appreciated the kindness and care.
