I am so grateful for the transformations in my life following my Invisalign and Composite Bonding treatments with Impress.<br><br>I started with their Invisalign treatment and I was impressed with their customer care. They have an app which tracks your treatment and makes it feel like you're constantly achieving results and before you know it, you reach the finish line.<br><br>The team were very responsive and helpful. You can chat via the app, can phone up or email your dedicated treatment coordinator. Big shoutout to Kokob for being so friendly and helpful!<br><br>The composite bonding was straightforward. I did 2 weeks of whitening (although you can do longer of course) then a 2 hour session to fine tune my smile. Dr. Viktoria Korkosova did my composite bonding and she did an amazing job! My teeth look natural and my smile is now massively enhanced.<br><br>I was blown away by the results a few days later I was on holiday with my family in Greece and they said it was the smiliest they've ever seen me!<br><br>I’m the most confident I’ve ever been in my life and everything is better. I’m better at work, my social life has improved and I’m getting way more matches on online dating apps.<br><br>All in all, I’ll be forever grateful for my treatments with Impress. I had an excellent experience with Sahar and Esperanza. I went in for IPR, Sahar noticed my teeth needed more attention with an op the spot hygienist appointment. I felt I was treat with care and my worries were addressed immediately. Highly recommend these two. I really feel taken care of!

I’ve only just started my impress journey but I can say so far whenever I go for an appointment everyone in the building is very smiley and happy to help. Today I went in for my initial Invisalign fitting and Nurse Speranza was really helpful explaining the Invisalign process, giving me a rundown of the app and sharing some tips that may help me throughout my journey. Today, I received my second refinement package, and the Impress help team managed to book me an appointment immediately.<br><br>At first, I was dissatisfied with how my treatment was progressing. However, after meeting Monica, she took the time to explain why my smile is shaped the way it is and how my refinements are expected to improve it.<br><br>I would also like to mention Speranza, who ensured a smooth experience throughout my IPR procedure appointment.<br><br>Great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a hopeful outlook for my smile. I had to visit today for a tooth extraction and I was petrified to say the least. The gentleman that under went the Extraction was so lovely, he took time to reassure me and make me feel at ease. I had the procedure done and didn’t even feel a thing unlike other places I have been to have tooth removal.<br><br>I’m looking forward to getting my Invisaline done in a few weeks.<br><br>They are all so lovely and friendly here!!
