I’ve just completed my aligner journey with Impress Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the get-go, the team was professional and informative. I was able to easily contact my doctor, book appointments, and track my treatment through the app — making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The staff were always friendly and polite. A special thanks to Romana and Danai — both were incredibly helpful and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visits. I highly recommend Impress Clinic to anyone considering aligners.

Consulted with Victoria at Liverpool Street branch for a very specific problem. Unfortunately it is something a dental clinic can’t help with. She was absolutely honest, didn’t charge me a penny. On top of that gave me a free retainer case. Thanks a lot for your top notch service. ❤️😃

Monica and Ramona, were super helpful with the tedious task of manually adjust each set of my realignment box. The whole team at Liverpool St are always so kind and friendly every visit. Would definitely recommend booking a visit with them !

Always a great service and super speedy responses to any query. The app is an excellent and overall the treatment really works. I have felt comfortable in retainers throughout and I’m excited to finish the treatment!

I had concerns with a stubborn tooth shifting whilst waiting for my final retainer after having composite bonding done. I expressed these concerns to Monica and she used her years of experience and skill to quickly improvise and modify my current aligner to allow me to keep wearing it until I receive the final retainer. This will prevent any shifts and allow me to wear the final retainer without any issues. Really happy with my results today, special thanks to Monica as well as Ramona and Juliet.

I had my very first aligners appointment today, and I’m so glad I chose to start my treatment here. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt clean, modern, and welcoming. I was seen by Zaira, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain each step clearly, from the 3D scans and photos to how the aligners will work for me. She was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, making me feel completely at ease, which I really appreciated as it was my first visit. Zaira also answered all of my questions in detail and gave me a clear idea of what to expect during the process. She helped get through the payment processes with a breeze even though there were a few complications. The whole team was lovely but unfortunately I didn't get names. All in all this is a great place to start your treatment if you’re looking for a place that really cares about their patients. Ask for Zaira she’ll help you through everything!
