Today I was at the Impress clinic and I was very pleased with the professionalism from Monica,and Speranza who I met today. Today, I received my second refinement package, and the Impress help team managed to book me an appointment immediately.<br><br>At first, I was dissatisfied with how my treatment was progressing. However, after meeting Monica, she took the time to explain why my smile is shaped the way it is and how my refinements are expected to improve it.<br><br>I would also like to mention Speranza, who ensured a smooth experience throughout my IPR procedure appointment.<br><br>Great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a hopeful outlook for my smile. Definitely recommended!

I have been with Impress since december 2025 and my consultant viki have amazing consultant who have very well take care of my case and it is still one year pending for me to complete my course and looking forward to get more anazung services from viki

The service is extremely professional. Everyone you deal with makes you feel at ease. Everything is explained thoroughly with a budget agreement comfortable whatever your financial pocket.

Had a brilliant experience with Impress from start to finish. The initial 3D scan at the clinic was super professional and high-tech, which gave me a lot of confidence. I love using the app to track my progress—it’s much more convenient than trekking to a dentist every two weeks. My teeth are moving exactly as planned. Highly recommend if you want quality treatment without the traditional Invisalign price tag!"

I had to visit today for a tooth extraction and I was petrified to say the least. The gentleman that under went the Extraction was so lovely, he took time to reassure me and make me feel at ease. I had the procedure done and didn’t even feel a thing unlike other places I have been to have tooth removal.<br><br>I’m looking forward to getting my Invisaline done in a few weeks.<br><br>They are all so lovely and friendly here!! I’ve recommended friends & family. 👌🏾🙌🏾
