I am so glad to have my treatment with a professional team work. They are helpful and friendly group. Cagla provides me with her care and attention and explain how the process is going during the session. Thank you Chola and the wonderful Administrative staff. I can slightly see difference to my body after two MSculpt sessions.

Returned for my follow up appointment this morning. It was great to see my 'before and after' photos. I'm so pleased with the results. Once again I was treated with such expert and gentle care. I'm going to be a regular visitor! Thank you so much. X

I’ve experienced a lot of clinics due to living in different locations in and around London (and the UK), and I haven’t found anywhere better than HSA in terms of, not only the high quality standard of machines used, but the expert knowledge is unparalleled. I first discovered HSA as I was looking for a clinic that had a Luminis machine for IPL. I was in west London and had been travelling into the city for IPL. Hala and the team have expert knowledge of skin and the technology used that they tailor the treatments to each requirement. I’m now having HIFU and the results are phenomenal. I trust the team implicitly.

Hala and team are attentive, well informed and put the customer first. I can't think of a better practice and customer experience. For those thinking of using HSA, my advice is not to be put off by the size and location of the practice, and really focus on the people, the service, the equipment and results. I believe HSA delivers on all of these. I have completed at least 5 different treatments and have been happy every time.

I’ve had several treatments with Cagla, and I can honestly say she is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, she is so welcoming and kind, instantly making you feel at ease. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate, answering every single one of my (many!) questions with so much patience and expertise. She gives honest opinions and always has your best interest at heart, making sure you feel completely looked after. Her warmth and professionalism make every visit a pleasure, and she truly brightens up your day. Most importantly, she’s someone I completely trust with my skin!

Two days ago I had an appointment with Hala for Profhilo and Botox treatment . The clinic is very clean and the staff is welcoming. Hala is amazing: professional, knowledgeable, thorough with medical history and post treatment advice. She is very gentle and explains each step of the treatment patiently. I like her approach of a natural look. I have not had any side effects so far. As my treatment was only two days ago it is too early to see results. I am having a follow up and look forward to seeing Hala. I definitely recommend this clinic.
