Had my first appointment at HSA today for IPL treatment with Cagla, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely ethical in her approach. I particularly appreciated that she was aware of my hearing loss without me needing to explain it, and she took the time to clearly talk me through the procedure, even though I'd had IPL treatment many years ago.<br><br>Based on my experience, the level of care and customer service at HSA is far superior to a more expensive clinic closer to my home, which didn't even respond to my enquiry after several days.<br><br>I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely be returning for the rest of my planned treatments.

I had a skin tag on my eyelid and the NHS refused to remove it on the grounds that it was cosmetic. I was quoted many hundreds of pounds by a hospital to do it privately so was very pleased when HSA said that they could remove it for a fraction of the cost and in a few days. The service was very professional and friendly and took less than 30 minutes resulting in total removal of the tag. Highly recommended.

I recommend coming here I was nervous getting Botox for the first time for my eyes. Hala was very patient explained everything and gave me a natural result, I’m very happy with! I also came in for laser and a facial and loved both! My hometown clinic Very knowledgeable and they use great products!
