Lovely Experience. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly.<br>Elle was amazing, she talked me through my skin analysis step by step. A few months later I could see some positive changes. So excited to continue my skin journey with them.

I’ve been having treatments with Elle since March, she’s very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. My skin is the best it’s ever been, I get so many compliments on how my skin looks so clear and hydrated. Wish I’d found this place sooner!

When you first walk into the clinic, it is warm and friendly. Relaxing music playing in the background , time taken with the decor to soothe away any stresses you may have from your day.<br>After a consultation with Alexis, time for me to share my concerns .. the treatment was completed with care and attention , answering any questions I had. Advice on products enhancing the results from the procedure were suggested but not pressured.<br>A Follow up complimentary visit to check results was booked by Lorraine who also shared her love of working with in the beauty clinic..,

The results I have had are insane. I couldn’t believe it when I saw the before and after pictures and I still have two sessions to go. The reduction of hair growth is amazing, scarring from ingrowing hairs almost completely gone. Forever grateful to these wonderful women! Best decision I made.

I cannot recommend House of Skincare and specifically Alexis enough. I am not what you would call a ‘high maintenance’ kind of gal, but years of spending time outdoors had left me with some broken facial veins that could no longer be ignored. After visiting another clinic and being truly terrified by a seriously ouchy trial session of electrolysis using a pen that appeared to be from the 1990s I was very apprehensive about trialling further treatments. However I was told by someone I trusted that Alexis was the best in the business. That turned out to be utterly true. I first visited for a skin assessment and a patch test for laser. This turned out to be not anywhere near as painful as it had been at the previous clinic; the machines here are the latest state of the art equipment . Alexis was patient, calm, knowledgeable and reassuring, despite my being a nervous wreck! My skin was specially photographed from a variety of angles and those images were used to demonstrate the measurable progress from appointment to appointment, which I loved. I’m not much of a skincare product fanatic, but am a total convert to the Allumier range, which after a lifetime of supermarket skincare I’m sure my skin is very grateful for. At my final appointment the improvement as shown in the photographs was such that I didn’t need any more treatment, so I had a lovely cleanse and moisturise and was sent on my way with no charge. A truly professional service from someone who really takes pride in their work.

House of Skincare, and the girls that work there, are amazing. I've struggled with redness and blemishes for decades, it was my biggest insecurity and I've tried everything to sort it. After my consultation with Alexis, a few months of using my tailored skincare routine and some incredible facials from Ellé, my skin is pretty much cleared. I can't believe how good the results are and how much more confident I feel. I'm currently sat in the office with no foundation on, which is a huge deal for me as I wouldn't have dreamt of leaving the house without makeup on before. 10/10, I can't recommend HoS enough!

I’d been meaning to book in to see Alexis for a while and I finally made an appointment for a consultation. Such a lovely welcoming environment and Alexis is clearly very knowledgeable, explaining what I needed and devised a plan for me, as well as recommending certain products for my skin concerns. So happy I went and looking for to starting the process :)

I can’t say enough good things about Alexis and her wonderful team at House of Skincare; they are all simply fantastic, just like the treatments they provide. I stumbled across Alexis and her team on social media and I’m so grateful that I did. Not only do they take phenomenal care of your skin (mine has never EVER looked better!) but they take care of the person too! Never rushed and always considerate, caring and thorough. I look forward to the relaxing downtime just as much as the facial! I’d give 100 stars if I could!!

I have just had my first consultation appointment at house of skincare and have been blown away by my experience. Lorraine was incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming as soon as you step foot in the door.<br>Having never had a skincare routine before, I was rather apprehensive that it would be a bit of an information overload and lots of hard selling, I was completely and utterly wrong! Alexis has an enormous wealth of knowledge in skincare which she was able to articulate to give me a better understanding of what my skin needs and why, without making me feel overwhelmed. I feel that I truly learnt so much about my own skin in just an hour and have left feeling incredibly positive and excited about my journey moving forward with house of skin.<br><br>Thank you both for making my experience so enjoyable, I can’t wait to come back already!
