I had an amazing experience at this clinic, especially with Alexis, who is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. The skincare routine she recommended has already made a huge difference — my skin looks better than ever. I’m honestly so impressed with the results and very grateful for her help. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for real, visible improvements in their skin.

I had a consultation today with Alexis for a long running skin concern. The clinic is lovely and calm and I found Alexis to be very knowledgable, thorough and clear in her explanation. I felt like she really listened and gave me a thorough plan, tailored to my lifestyle. I will definitely be returning for future treatments.

I’ve been seeing Alexis at House of Skincare for my acne since October 2025, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.<br><br>After some bad experiences elsewhere, I was really anxious about going somewhere new, but from the moment I walked in I felt completely at ease. Alexis is so knowledgeable and genuinely listens- she answered all my questions and made me feel supported from the start.<br><br>I travel from Dorset every 4–6 weeks to see her and it’s always worth the journey. She’s also been so responsive and reassuring in between appointments, which has made such a difference to my progress.<br><br>I’m so grateful for how far she’s helped me come and feel really pleased with where I am now. House of Skincare has such a welcoming atmosphere- you feel right at home as soon as you walk in.

My skin was so clogged - lots of sun damage (which I thought irreversible) and tired and blotchy. I have had two treatments, after a very detailed consultation, six weeks apart and I can see and feel such a difference. The suggested products weren’t cheap, but compared to the mortgage I’ve spent on cheaper solutions, which clearly weren’t working, they have been worth every penny. I will return for maintenance and to purchase products again. 100 % recommend!

I had a consultation with Alexis 6 weeks ago after becoming fed up with irritated, red skin and consistent break outs. Lex was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me so clearly, and recommended a simple medical grade skin scare routine. 6 weeks later, and I’m break out free for first time in over a year, and all my redness and irritation has fully died down. The clinic is beautiful and everyone is so friendly and welcoming, I don’t know why I didn’t start sooner, couldn’t recommend House of Skincare enough ☺️

I’ve had a consultation with both Alexis and Ellé with some treatments today from Ellé. I can’t rate them both highly enough, my skin feels amazing and I can’t wait to see the final results in a few months time ahead of my wedding. Lorraine on reception is also so welcoming, the clinic has such a lovely atmosphere, highly recommend.

I had a treatment done today by Elle and hand on heart she was amazing. So patient and thorough with everything she did, really took time to make sure I understood all parts of the treatment. Elle went through every step and prior to the treatment we discussed different options that would be suitable for my desired outcome. There was no pressure like you get at some places, and she is also so easy to get on with and have a chat with while I got my treatment. Would definitely recommend House of Skincare, and I look forward to more treatments in the future

When you first walk into the clinic, it is warm and friendly. Relaxing music playing in the background , time taken with the decor to soothe away any stresses you may have from your day.<br>After a consultation with Alexis, time for me to share my concerns .. the treatment was completed with care and attention , answering any questions I had. Advice on products enhancing the results from the procedure were suggested but not pressured.<br>A Follow up complimentary visit to check results was booked by Lorraine who also shared her love of working with in the beauty clinic..,
