Excellent service and fabulous staff. My appendages look and feel younger than my year after the mani-pedi treatment 🥰<br><br>I also enquired about having a facial. I have mixed oily / flaking dry skin. Rather than just saying "Sure - have this really expensive treatment!", the skin care specialist said "Let's do a free consult that'll take about an hour and will inform you on what you actually need."<br><br>So impressed with the whole team and their ethos. I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Natasha Samson gave me a wonderful Time Out treatment this afternoon. This included a back massage, facial and scalp massage. I have had a painful neck for some time and Natasha worked hard to release the many knots she found in my neck and shoulders. I came out feeling very relaxed and pain free! I would recommend Natasha to anyone.

I have been coming to see Samantha for over 2 years now. I am just over 60 years of age and had loss of volume mid and lower face and had significant lines around my eyes and forehead. I am frightened of needles so never went to an aesthetic clinic. My friend introduced me to Sam at Hoole Medi Spa and she made me feel comfortable straight away. She is an advanced aesthetic nurse practitioner. She put a plan in place and the changes have been significant. I look alot younger and feel more confident when meeting people. The changes have enhanced how I look, without being too severe. I live in London however I feel so confident with Sam I travel to Chester to have the treatments.
