I had a fantastic experience at HCC Clinics. My Surgeon Dr. Vikas Kunnure was fantastic with the team on the day. I was made to feel relaxed and at ease, everything was explained in detail and I was not rushed throughout the day with regular breaks.<br>The aftercare was also excellent being in contact with Saffia, I was very reassured of my treatment and procedure and the recovery period.<br>Thank you all

I had an FUE in summer 2025 due to my vanished crown. Dr Mamontova was excellent, put me at ease, discussed what would be best for me and ended up doing a fantastic job. 5 months later the hair has grown back perfectly even all over and I can't believe what a great job has been done. The whole staff were super sympathetic and helpful and the clinic itself was inviting and clean. I did have some issues to begin with on the admin side - they promised me a certain cancellation date (which cost less) and then changed the day so I had to pay more. I write this though not as a criticism but because when I pointed this out, they could not have been more apologetic and offered me a couple of free plasma injection courses to make up for it which was good of them. The only niggle I really had was that the whatsapp chats I instigated were mostly ignored (the staff member who gave me her whatsapp number went on holiday the next day!) so its hard to see why they bother with it - I phoned instead and got straight through every time. The staff were super-helpful on the phone and all very knowledgeable. I was stressed about my loss of hair for years but they sorted it in one afternoon so guys - if you are contemplating having a transplant - don't wait! Call them and get something done about it! 5 stars.

Had my transplant 2500 graft in December did an absolutely fantastic job the whole team were very supportive and helpful making the whole experience amazing would recommend anyone thinking of taking the plunge to go along and visit the team you won’t regret it. I’ve just had MCT Exosomes treatment, everything went well, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Regina carried out the treatment, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about hair loss. Would definitely recommend visiting HHC for anyone concerned about their hair loss.

I had my hair transplant with HHC just over 4 months ago and my results so far have been really good. Fair to say I’m a fast grower, the new hairs aren’t meant to come through until 12 weeks, but mine had already come through by then, and since I’ve just had more density growth.<br><br>The clinic were very informative from my first consultation and gave me honest expectations and tips. They were also very understanding when I had to change my HT procedure last minute due to my medical condition.<br><br>I would say that my only ‘negative’ is that after the first couple of weeks post HT, I haven’t really heard from the clinic on how I’m doing, my progress or if I need any advice etc. I’d suggest they continue the aftercare for longer than 2 weeks post HT in the future. I haven’t actually needed any of the above, but it would have been nice to have been contacted.<br><br>All in all, a good experience with great results!

What a fantastic experience, so friendly and professional. There is not one bad thing about this whole procedure. Doctor T and her team made everything seem so easy. They were open to all questions and comprehensive in their responses. No question went unanswered, and delivered with enthusiasm, which was infectious. The 7 plus hours seemed like 30 minutes.<br>This review is after only 5 days, so the test will be the next 9 months or so, when the results will be seen. The confidence and professionalism that was shown throughout the day leave me with absolute confidence of a successful end result. However I know that if there is a problem this team will sort it out, 100%.<br>If anyone reading this is worried about the pain, don't be, on a scale of one to 10, I would struggle to say one, and that's only because of a slight headache and soreness on the scalp. A few pin pricks at the start and then before you know it it's over - lay back and enjoy!!<br>TY Doctor T and your great team.
