​This was my second visit to Healand Clinic for an iron infusion, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The clinic is beautiful and spotless, and getting to relax in their incredible premium massage chairs during the treatment made it completely stress-free. The staff are so professional, kind, and genuinely understand complex patient needs. Highly recommend—worth every penny!

I have no hesitation in recommending Healand Clinic for an outstanding professional caring service. Since my first appointment with Deepesh several months ago, he has shown empathy, understanding and knowledge with regard to micro dosing protocols.<br><br>Carefully prescribing and following up with me at every stage, I have always felt supported and confident in the treatment plan. Deepesh has a wonderfully calm and friendly personality, I have never felt rushed and have been encouraged to ask questions on my appointments.<br><br>And the results of my treatment plan have been nothing but positive I am truly delighted to say - thank you Deepesh!<br><br>A mention must also go to the friendly and efficient reception staff.

Just had an Iron Infusion at Healand Clinic. Nice, clean, and presentable, with the touches you expect at a private clinic like free drinks (sometimes it's the little things you notice!) and staff that can't do enough for you.<br><br>Ayesha was the nurse I had and she was professional, personable and approachable. I have a medical background but Ayesha was clearly knowledgable and explained everything perfectly. And for those concerned about pain of IV insertion, do not be worried- her technique was perfect, barely felt a thing.<br><br>If you are looking for a private Iron Infusion, I would recommend Healand Clinic.<br><br>My only little recommendation for if they want to improve slightly would be to ask for a review when the patient has finished their treatment - I was asked when I had barely begun. Firstly, it's a tad hard to type with an IV in your arm, and second , I can't tell you yet how my experience was because I haven't had it!<br>But I understand as a business they do need reviews, and they have earned this good one.

It’s very rare for me to give a five-star review, but Dr Babar and his team thoroughly deserve it. I’ve been attending the clinic since February and have been consistently impressed by the level of care and professionalism throughout.<br>Dr Babar is an outstanding clinician — professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely attentive. He takes the time to explain all treatment options clearly and in a way that is easy to understand, and he truly listens to any concerns or questions I have.<br>It’s no surprise that the rest of his team reflect these same qualities. Everyone at the clinic is friendly, welcoming, and highly professional, which creates a very reassuring environment.<br>I would be very happy to recommend Dr Babar and his team to anyone seeking excellent care.

I would give the Healand clinic more than 5 stars if I could. After waiting for almost 3 years for the NHS to help, and being virtually immobile and housebound. Dr Babar has performed a miracle. I've been for ozone injections, and even after the first treatment, I was able to walk out of the clinic without sticks and virtually pain free. Myself, my friends and family were all in tears to see me walking unaided.<br>I truly can't recommend Dr Babar and the clinic enough. All the lovely administration staff are delightful. So kind, friendly , chatty and bend over backwards to make your visit special. The clinic is immaculate, smells divine, and is such a welcoming environment. Dr Babar and team are truly amazing. I wish I'd found them years ago. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. It's fantastic and a true blessing to be treated there. Thank you so much.

Today’s service was truly excellent. Nurse Sahista, who looked after us, was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. She made us feel comfortable and at ease, which made the entire experience very pleasant. I would also like to mention the receptionist, who was equally welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Overall, a wonderful experience with such kind and caring staff. The Clinic is conveniently located on New Walk with easy access by foot, car, and bus (I took bus 15 Goodwood - dropped off on Saxby street). I attended two appointments so far — a body composition scan and a health screening — and on both occasions the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to. I felt well looked after throughout. I’m looking forward to receiving my health screening results and taking the next steps from there. Highly recommended!
