I was recommended to Harmony by a friend when I was really struggling with my skin. I booked an appointment with Jigna and she was amazing and very professional. Before the appointment you do a facial skin to determine your skin issues. I found out that I had very dry skin which was made it worse by eczema. Jigna recommended products to help calm my skin and we did LED session. Since then I had to follow up appointments with Jigna and I could see the improvements on my skin. I also bought the LED mask for home use. I would recommend Harmony if you have any issues with skin and the team are very friendly and professional.

Dr Ayah is amazing! I’ve seen a massive amount of progress in my skin and face with her treatments. Would highly recommend :)

Treatments - Exsomes & Botox.<br><br>Reaching 45, age was starting to show - despite my best efforts.<br>My skin was constantly irritated and red and the hair on the top of my head was thinning to the point where I was considering shaving it off and admitting defeat.<br><br>So I went to Harmony to see what they could suggest.<br><br>Maria was great, talking her through my skin routine she quickly identified what was causing the irritation.<br>She recommended Exsome treatment for my hair and face.<br><br>I have followed her skin care advice - which helped with the redness.<br>I also took up her recommendation on Exsomes with RF micro needling - I am halfway through my treatment and have already seen a noticeable improvement.<br><br>I also got Botox, once Maria explained that I can be done so I don't end up with a frozen face. It's worked very well - I can still smile, but can't frown.<br><br>Overall - I have been very happy with the results. It has improved my confidence.

Where do I start! Dr Ayah has completely changed my face and outlook on facial muscles, anatomy, filler, Botox, movement and so much more. From the start her transparency, guidance and constant acknowledgement to my views have been top tier. She started with learning how I best learn and can understand what she’s doing and spends time making sure I know everything she is doing. My face has never looked so good and after being dismissed and told this and that was wrong she completely understood my point of view and most of all has helped me fix it.
