Have to share my feedback with other people who maybe struggle with perimenopause conditions like me. I’m usually very fit and exercising 3-4 times a week, but for the past 3 years start to have perimenopause symptoms. Very bad migraines , foggy head, tiredness, I start slow missing my exercises and then stop it completely , and then start to gain weight. GP wouldn’t give me any HRT treatment because my period was regular. I found G&M company through my friend, had consultation with amazing DR Grace who give me loads of advice and recommended to try Mounjaro for loosing weight (that was my big concern) I’ve started with low dose and slow move up, and the results are amazing from beginning to the end.
