Came to Nicola to get my semi permanent eyebrows removed. She was very professional, talked me through the process and the expected outcome from the removal. I am so happy with the results from the eyebrow removal after one session. I would recommend Nicola to anyone who is wanting to get their semi permanent removed

After only having half of my sessions done as another business went bust, I had to try and find another clinic who would try to finish what the other business couldn’t. Very lovely experience at this clinic. Nicola is nice friendly and very professional . She would advise and explain to you everything about your treatment. My consultation session went great where I had ansewrs to all my questions and concerns and had free of charge face hair removal test. Today was my 1st official session that was smooth quiick and pain free. I highly recommend!

I've had three tattoo removal appointments and the results are amazing. Nicola goes above and beyond to ease the discomfort as it is quite intense but I'm excited for the end results. Nicolas is professional and is easy to contact between appointments if needed.

All my life I have suffered with dark facial hair. Its left me feeling so embarrassed and self conscious . I have tried everything to get rid of this and its always grown back thicker and courser. Nicola has been amazing with me eyebrows journey… From years of multiple micro blading and all from different technicians. I was left with grey/ashy coloured brows with the wrong shape. First initial appointment, Nicola took time to identify and examine exactly what she could offer and go about laser removing the colour out of my brows, but with the most safest and effective for me. Her personal care and advice made me feel I was in the best hands! After the session and after the 6 week healing process and sticking to the aftercare, we found a red/orangey colour left after removing the grey . With her safest and best advice, she used a different laser for my second session, (a laser used for red colours). And amazingly now the red colour has gone! Even though it’s been a long process and doing the safest steps possible, I was on the best hands with Nicola and would trust her with anymore treatments I need. Beyond professional, friendly and reliable. X

The best customer care I’ve received ever I think. Nicola is so lovely and has explained everything from the very beginning so clearly and has been so reassuring throughout the whole process. I always enjoy going in for my treatment and chatting to her. Cannot wait to see the finished results as after only having one treatment to reduce the redness and broken capillaries on my face I’ve seen a massive difference. I hope she knows the difference she is making to peoples lives!
