I absolutely love going to Elevate Clinic. The cardiff clinic is so beautiful and welcoming — it has such a calming, warm atmosphere. All the staff are lovely, and Alia Shuab is just amazing. She makes me feel so comfortable every time. Such a lovely lady and always so professional. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave reviews, however after my wonderful experience today at Elevate with Bethan, I felt I had to! I’ve recently joined one of their membership programmes and had my very first appointment today. The clinic is stunning with lovely, helpful and well educated staff. Bethan took the time to really go through my skin history, future treatments and current skincare routine. I look forward to my future visits and skin progress with the team!

I visited the Elevate Medical & Aesthetic Clinic today for Facial & Neck Endolift. I am absolutely delighted with the initial result and have been advised this will improve with time, which is amazing! The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and the interiors are breathtaking, more importantly the team led by Prof Ali Al-Hussaini are exceptional. Stephanie greeted me and was very professional and reassuring. I felt totally at ease and relaxed whilst undergoing the procedure as everthing was fully explained step by step pre, during, and after. The range and variety of treatments is impressive I am 69 years of age and felt I owed myself this fabulous treatment and will definately return. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend this amazing clinic and its exceptional team!

I had my second HydraFacial with Kayleigh at Elevate today and it was amazing. This was actually my third treatment at the clinic and every visit has been faultless. Kayleigh is brilliant – her knowledge of skin, skincare and aesthetics is second to none. My skin is already glowing and refreshed. I also want to mention Stephanie, the Clinic Manager, who was so professional and polite when I booked – she made the whole process effortless. Elevate is a beautiful clinic with a fantastic team, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Going to Mr Ali Al Hussaini to fix with my breathing issues was the best decision I have made. I suffered with a severely deviated septu. The whole process from initial consultation, examination, surgery to recovery was a comforting and reassuring one. Excellent communication excellent service and the surgery has changed my life for the better with my breathing being the best it has ever been. Highly recommended!

I’ve been seeing Kayleigh for polynucleotides around my eyes. She is so professional but also very friendly and calming. She has full knowledge of all the products and procedures offered and takes time to answer questions and explains everything clearly.Kayleigh is very gentle with the injections and very aware of my pain thresholds constantly checking I feel ok and is very reassuring. I can definitely recommend her. The clinic is beautiful. It is very clean and welcoming with beautiful decor. All the staff I’ve met are very friendly. Definitely the clinic to go for the many procedures they offer.
