I’ve been going to Dr Victoria for laser hair removal this year and could not recommend them more. My sessions with Jenny have been brilliant, she’s so knowledgeable about the treatment and is always on hand to give advice in order to get the best results. While laser hair removal in general is pricey in the short term, I think you get your money’s worth from the long term benefits. My results have been amazing and my confidence has tripled - not to mention all the time I’ve saved from not having to remove the hair myself! The staff at reception are always very friendly and accommodating if you need to change appointments. Highly recommend!

I met Dr Victoria in November 2024 for a £50 consultation to explore potential options for facial balancing. I specifically wanted a consultation first rather than jumping into treatments without professional advice, as it was important to me to achieve subtle, natural results with just a few tweaks — not to drastically change my appearance. During the consultation, we discussed a variety of options, including Botox, fillers, and Endolift, and how different combinations could help achieve my goals. Dr Victoria was extremely thorough and gentle, and made it clear that I didn’t need any treatments. She encouraged me to take my time, do my own research, and come to a decision when I felt ready. She also provided detailed leaflets and price lists so I could better understand my options. There was absolutely no pressure to book anything on the day, and Dr Victoria even offered further phone consultations if I needed to discuss anything in more detail later, which I did take her up on. I eventually booked in for Botox in three areas in February, followed by Endolift for the lower face in March. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results so far! My three-month Endolift review is coming up in a few weeks, and I’ve also booked some RF facials to further enhance the results. I couldn’t recommend Dr Victoria more highly — and a special mention to Jodie, who was amazing at keeping me comfortable during the Endolift treatment. I would definitely recommend starting with a consultation so you can take a considered, gradual approach without rushing into too much at once, especially as the £50 fee is redeemable against further treatments.

Dr Victoria's, very friendly & extremely professional team are simply the best around. I've spent a lifetime windsurfing & surfing, often in bright sunlight, which is not at all good for the skin. I rely on their advice & treatment, which is always top notch. Highly recommended. Rob J.

Dr Victoria took the time to listen to my concerns and patiently answered all the questions I had. I was quite anxious about needles and worried about having overfilled lips, but she was very understanding and reassuring. I completed a series of 6 laser treatments here to shape my beard line and remove unwanted hair on my neck. I have never been able to shave closely without getting lots of ingrown hairs, and I have very dark hair and light skin so even with a close shave the hair can be seen through my skin and it looks like stubble. I could never look like I had a really nice beard line and most the time just had to have constant neck stubble. It was explained that results can vary, but for me it has worked very well. The hair is almost entirely gone from the treated areas. The staff are very professional and my goals and what's achievable were talked about in detail. I was very focused on wanting the neck line to be sharp and neat like it would be from a barber cut, and in the right location, and that has been done as I wanted. The look is natural, my neck has pores and isn't like totally smooth, just normal looking like I've just got a fresh shave. I did it to get the look I wanted but have since realised how nice it is to just jump in the shower and out each morning and have my beard nicely shaped and looking just shaved without having to do anything. I did compare prices a bit, but felt most comfortable going here due to good reviews and the importance of this being done right. Turns out the cost was about average anyway. The lady who does the laser hair removal is properly interested in the technology, how to get the best results and getting the most out of each treatment. This was not just some in and out just doing the job experience, there was skill and experience here. I would absolutely go back here if I need another treatment of some type.
