Where do I start . I was quite nervous first time I went to Dr Victoria but she was amazing so welcoming her practice is so organised organic and clean. There is never any pressure to buy the creams or the treatments . She explains the treatments throughly from before treatment to post treatment . And what I loved the most is she makes you feel so welcome and relaxed. She is also very accessible which is amazing if you have any question post treatment nothing is ever too much for her .

Dr Veronica is honestly amazing. I’ve had both Botox and Neogen with her and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. She takes so much time to explain everything properly, never rushes you, and just has a really calming presence. I felt completely safe in her hands from the start. The results were exactly what I wanted - natural but effective. My skin looks brighter and fresher, and the Botox was spot on. She really listens to what you’re after and makes sure the treatments suit your face specifically, which I’ve not always had elsewhere. I’ve been to Dr Ronnie for microneedling, chemical peels and a NeoGen plasma treatment and the service is always amazing. I’ve only just had the NeoGen treatment but can’t wait to see the full results after my next two sessions.
