I had an exceptional experience with Dr Valda and her nurse, Daiane. They provide outstanding care with so much attention, patience, empathy and genuine kindness.<br><br>Dr Valda takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly, answering all questions calmly and thoroughly. She creates a real sense of safety and reassurance, making you feel truly cared for throughout the appointment.<br><br>Both Dr Valda and Daiane are incredibly compassionate, human and highly qualified professionals. I’m extremely grateful for the care and support they have provided and would highly recommend and I’m forever grateful for them ✨🤍

Dr. Valda Ponciato and her entire team are incredibly caring and professional. They create such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit.<br>I received the CO2 Laser and Emsella chair treatments for menopause symptoms, and the results have been amazing. The treatments significantly improved dryness, my libido has returned, and my self-esteem and confidence have grown so much. I highly recommend Dr. Ponciato and her team! Thanks ❤️
