From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Natalie was attentive and made sure I understood every step of my treatment, and Sobia’s expertise and friendly manner really put me at ease. They both explain everything really well, are very flexible in many aspects such as appointments and payments etc and they know how to look after you and make you feel 100% comfortable. An absolute 10/10 and I couldn’t be more grateful! The clinic itself is spotless, welcoming, and clearly run very well. This whole team are so lovely and friendly, I’ve been made to feel welcome and right at home from the very first enquiry. They responded to queries quickly and had lots of appointment times to choose from. In terms of treatment, Dr Sobia is clearly an expert in her field, is so knowledgable and reassuring. She listened so well to what I was after and tailored the treatment to me really well. Would highly recommend, especially to any first time patients who are a little bit nervous, as I felt in such professional and caring hands!

Review for Sarah at the Clinic I had a great experience with Sarah at the clinic. She was both friendly and professional, which made a big difference in helping me feel at ease throughout the day. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, and her caring attitude really stood out. The only downside to the visit was the lack of internet connection, which made the day feel longer since I couldn’t use my phone to pass the time or do any work that needed urgent responses. My second visit here and I will definitely be back. The team are so lovely and supportive and Dr Sobia was amazing. I found her excellent bedside manner and caring approach very reassuring particularly as I was slightly apprehensive before my treatment.
