I will only use Dr Melissa for my procedures. I had a botched lip filler result which Dr Mellisa was able to correct for me. I never wanted to get my lip filler done again as the whole experience was horrid as I was bruised and inflamed for weeks.. I recently visited Dr Melissa's clinic for a lip dissolve and saw Dr Natalie. Whilst there I also had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Melissa too who came to oversee my procedure and make sure I was given adequate pain relief for the dissolve. My experience in and out of the clinic has been amazing, such a friendly and welcoming team. Unfortunately I had a delayed reaction to the dissolving agent a couple of days later but the staff and Dr Melissa acted fast and responded to me very quickly. I am planning to go back once healed and have a refill, but I can't thank Dr Melissa and her team enough for being very responsive and caring. I wish I found this clinic sooner as it would have probably saved me the hassle of having to dissolve old filler! Quality service and aftercare, and a lovely friendly team.
