My first visit to this hidden gem to have a Japanese head spa and all I can say is “I will be having more!”<br>This was a wonderfully relaxing experience that I can thoroughly recommend to anyone who loves having their head massaged and their hair brushed! What a treat with a fantastic therapist in Michelle and the products, time and explanations of treatments is invaluable. I would recommend this special spa to anyone who likes to invest in themselves and deserves a treat because at the end of the day you only live once!!!

Today i had my iPixel laser resurfacing treatment with Lucia at Dr.Medispa, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. This was my fourth visit, and each experience has been consistently outstanding.<br><br>Lucia is absolutely amazing — she’s incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring, and genuinely caring. What really sets her apart is how open she is about her own skin journey. She shares what has and hasn’t worked for her, including helpful advice around diet and lifestyle, so I always leave feeling informed, supported, and confident in my skin plan.<br><br>The service at Dr.Medispa is truly bespoke. Every visit feels personalised, unhurried, and professional, with high-quality products and exceptional care throughout. I travel just under two hours to get here, and it is 100% worth every mile — the results speak for themselves.<br><br>I would highly, highly recommend Dr.Medispa to anyone considering skin treatments. The quality of service, expertise, and results are second to none.

Kat was incredibly informative, taking the time to sit with me for around 20 minutes before the treatment, answering all of my questions in great detail. She even showed me exactly how the Ultraformer machine works and explained the layers it targets beneath the skin, which gave me so much confidence going into the treatment.<br><br>Throughout the session, Kat was so attentive—checking in with me frequently and offering lots of encouragement. I felt completely at ease and reassured that I had chosen the right clinic for this treatment.<br><br>The reception team also deserve a mention for being so welcoming and lovely on arrival. Could not recommend Dr Somji enough! Was referred by my surgeon to him for follow up corrective treatment and each time I’ve seen him he’s been so reassuring and informative, explaining each procedure as he did it.

I had one of the most precise microneedling and skin peel with Katherine. I had no numbing which was hard but she made me feel so comfortable and left no stone unturned in making sure she took the time to complete the whole of my face. Usually therapists try and complete quickly when they know the client is in pain but she really took her time and stopping where needed . I will always go to her going forward and the company should be proud to have someone like Katherine who I felt treated me as an individual not just as another client . Thank you Katherine .

I have been going to Drmedispa since 2020, and the treatment and advice I have received from Dr Somji and Katherine Robins has always been first class. I first started my treatment with Morpheus 8 and now have Sofwave, and have been really impressed with the results. I attended recently to restart my laser hair removal journey after 2 pregnancies. I used to get it done 5-6 years ago and certain areas like legs and underarms don't grow any hair at all now! Which is wonderful. I'm now restarting other body parts and had my patch test with Lucia who was very friendly and welcoming, treatment room was spotless and she explained things in a professional and friendly manner, happy to answer any questions and always pleasant in nature. All staff I've met, previously during my appointments 5-6yrs ago, and now, are all so friendly and helpful. The clinic is very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this clinic.
