✨ Thank You to Kat & Dr Medi Spa ✨ I had my very first Ultraformer session with Kat, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Kat was incredibly informative, taking the time to sit with me for around 20 minutes before the treatment, answering all of my questions in great detail. She even showed me exactly how the Ultraformer machine works and explained the layers it targets beneath the skin, which gave me so much confidence going into the treatment. Throughout the session, Kat was so attentive—checking in with me frequently and offering lots of encouragement. I felt completely at ease and reassured that I had chosen the right clinic for this treatment. The reception team also deserve a mention for being so welcoming and lovely on arrival. I recently had a TCA-Cross treatment at Dr. Medispa, and it has been such a positive experience. Watching Dr. Somji’s videos on YouTube beforehand was incredibly beneficial—it gave me a clear understanding of the treatment without having to go through pages of written plans. I also want to highlight Jemma, who is truly an asset to the team. While there have been a few bumps along the way (as can happen with any journey), what really stands out is how everything was handled—with the highest standards and amazing customer service. Jemma created a safe, welcoming space for me to express some minor concerns and instantly put me at ease. Her care and attention weren’t just a one-off either—only a few days before my appointment, I fractured my toe and had to call to rearrange. Jemma was able to amend my appointment at short notice, accommodate my needs, and even offered to make provisions for my arrival. It’s these small gestures that go a long way. I’m so glad I reached out to the Dr. Medispa team. The professionalism, warmth, and genuine care they’ve shown make them easy to recommend to friends and family.

Could not recommend Dr Somji enough! Was referred by my surgeon to him for follow up corrective treatment and each time I’ve seen him he’s been so reassuring and informative, explaining each procedure as he did it.

I always enjoy visiting the Loughton clinic for my treatments. It was a pleasure to be treated by Dr Zahra who was warm and very skilled. I felt totally comfortable with her. Looking forward to return again soon.

I had one of the most precise microneedling and skin peel with Katherine. I had no numbing which was hard but she made me feel so comfortable and left no stone unturned in making sure she took the time to complete the whole of my face. Usually therapists try and complete quickly when they know the client is in pain but she really took her time and stopping where needed . I will always go to her going forward and the company should be proud to have someone like Katherine who I felt treated me as an individual not just as another client . Thank you Katherine .

I have been going to Drmedispa since 2020, and the treatment and advice I have received from Dr Somji and Katherine Robins has always been first class. I first started my treatment with Morpheus 8 and now have Sofwave, and have been really impressed with the results. The products recommended by Katherine for my daily skin care routine are excellent and any concerns or queries I may have are always answered promptly and knowledgeably by her. I have been a client of Dr Solomon, Ellie & Grace at the Dr MediSpa Loughton branch for 5 yrs. Each visit is met with a professional greeting at reception through to my treatments. Dr Solomon always explains treatments, options & planning to the finest point. I’ve had varies treatments ranging from facials to laser treatments & cannot recommend ‘Dr Medispa’ enough.

I attended recently to restart my laser hair removal journey after 2 pregnancies. I used to get it done 5-6 years ago and certain areas like legs and underarms don't grow any hair at all now! Which is wonderful. I'm now restarting other body parts and had my patch test with Lucia who was very friendly and welcoming, treatment room was spotless and she explained things in a professional and friendly manner, happy to answer any questions and always pleasant in nature. All staff I've met, previously during my appointments 5-6yrs ago, and now, are all so friendly and helpful. The clinic is very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this clinic.
