My whole experience with Dr Sha has been fantastic. She has so much knowledge and expertise that inspires confidence and has enabled me to make informed decisions about my treatments. After care and follow ups are excellent. The treatment i received was NeoGen, I have had amazing results and I’ve received lots of compliments already. Overall very happy and would definitely highly recommend Dr Sha.

Dr Sha was lovely and welcoming and answered all questions I had regarding the treatments I was looking at. I cannot rate Dr. Sha highly enough. I was unsure of what treatments would be beneficial to me and Dr.Sha put me at ease, gave me plenty of options and was extremely informative so I could make my own decision what would be best for me. She is super generous with her time with any queries or worries . There is no pressure and she is so patient and always at the end of the phone no matter what time. Follow up appointments and after care is second to non always making sure everything is OK. I have had various treatments now and I am extremely pleased with what Dr. Sha has done. I would highly recommend Dr.Sha and will be a regular patient now at her clinic.

I had a great experience at this clinic for my Botox treatment, and the staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I was nervous and apprehensive before my first appointment, but Dr Sha immediately put me at ease with her endless patience and kindness. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and generous with her time. Dr Sha removed two non-malignant moles from my forehead. The consultation and procedure were absolutely first class.<br>Dr Sha followed up with a WhatsApp message about a week later which I didn’t really expect to check on me and also offered a free follow up at her clinic if I needed anything.
