I had a great experience at this clinic for my Botox treatment, and the staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I was nervous and apprehensive before my first appointment, but Dr Sha immediately put me at ease with her endless patience and kindness. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and generous with her time. I had an in depth consultation where we discussed my lifestyle and skin in detail, and she put together thoughtful recommendations along with a clear treatment plan for the year ahead.<br><br>I have now had several treatments, including Sectum radio frequency, and I can genuinely see and feel a real difference in my skin. During treatments Dr Sha is so caring and always makes sure to explain aftercare and anything important I need to know. Dr Sha removed two non-malignant moles from my forehead. The consultation and procedure were absolutely first class.<br>Dr Sha followed up with a WhatsApp message about a week later which I didn’t really expect to check on me and also offered a free follow up at her clinic if I needed anything. I went to Dr Sha's Clinic for a facial treatment and honestly, it’s become one of the best decisions I’ve made for my skin. Dr Sha is a wonderful doctor. She offered me different treatment options so I can choose based on what I feel more comfortable with, as well as my schedule / length of downtime etc. She explains everything really well, put me at complete ease and was available via whatsapp for suppprt any time I needed advice or had additional questions. I have been having aesthetic treatments for a couple of years, but as a cautious person I had done A LOT of research into what can go wrong and all the risks associated with injecting products into our face! At the time i couldn't find any clinic locally that I felt confident in, and so have been having treatments in London for the last few years. More recently I visited Dr Sha Wellness Clinic for a consultation after finding out that the clinic is doctor led and reading about Dr Sha's clinical background and aesthetics training. I have now visited 4 times and am really pleased with the results. Dr Sha explained the procedures fully to me with realistic expectations for the outcome. Dr Sha was totally lovely and was also super patient with me when I had a bit of a wobble/hot flush/panicky 5 minutes and needed some 'time-out' with a fan & a drink of water (lol, sorry Dr Sha). I have also received follow up after care messages just make sure that all is ok and that i am not having any problems. I will definitely continue my treatments now locally with Dr Sha and will be taking advice and guidance on what other treatments are suitable for me going forward
