Dr Horlicks is by far the best practitioner I’ve encountered! She is so warm and makes you feel comfortable instantly. She is extremely knowledgeable and knowing she is an an NHS doctor really puts your mind at ease. The cheek filler she did on me has made me look younger and plumper and has really balanced my face beautifully. Her work is really natural, I would recommend her to everyone.

I went to dr. Horlick for lip fillers and I have to say she’s unbelievably talented. I love my lips and did not expect perfection!!!! I was surprised by how comfortable I felt during the treatment as the pain level was very low, she has magic hands. I had lip fillers before in a different clinic and the pain was horror, I’m not sure what she does to make it almost painless?! She listened to my concerns and the result reflects exactly what I asked for. So happy to have found “my therapist” and don’t have to worry about going anywhere else!!!! Do not walk, run. My experience with Dr Horlick, and the results she produced, were so superior to every other I've had with an aesthetics practitioner that I am genuinely astounded. After years of going through the circuits of London practitioners who all claim to be the best and charge an arm and a leg, don't listen to your concerns, and gaslight you, it is so refreshing to be around someone who listens and knows what they're doing. It's time to stop accepting anything less than a trained surgeon (which Serena is!) touching your face - I can't believe I ever did and i'm never going back. I really, truly could not recommend enough.

I highly recommend Dr. Horlick! I had Botox treatment for crow’s feet and am very happy with the results. Serena is incredibly professional and took the time to kindly explain everything I needed to know about the procedure. She’s also been very responsive to my follow-up questions, which I really appreciate. I’m very pleased with the experience overall and look forward to exploring other skin treatments with Dr. Horlick in the near future.

I had a HIFU treatment today, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Serena was incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure.
