I cannot say enough shining and positive things about my experiences with Dr Serena😊 Not only is she highly knowledgeable, has really expert technique, but is also incredibly warm and friendly which inspires total trust and confidence in the process. She has such genuine enthusiasm for natural but highly effective aesthetic treatments. HIFU was infact very relaxing, and am definitely seeing the obvious benefits. I’ve had polynucleotides, which have made a total difference to my eyes, again really pleased with the results. Dr Serena does natural but effective botox, fillers, she is very gentle when injecting. She is by far the very best aesthetic doctor I’ve ever had the good fortune of discovering☺️ I’ve now had 3 exosomes treatments and I can honestly say it actually without doubt works!! My previously feeble hair is already MUCH thicker it’s like magic! Had a really lovely experience with Dr. Serena. She’s incredibly detail-oriented and genuinely takes her time, which made me realise how rushed and ineffective some of my previous treatments elsewhere had been. She’s diligent, thoughtful, and such a lovely person overall. I felt very well cared for and cannot recommend her enough!

Dr Horlick is amazing! She's kind, explains everything in detail, approaches the treatment in a professional way without pushing any solutions or offering any unecessary treatments. She's always available to answer questions via email and I felt truly supported in all my treatments. I got lip filler + botox and I just got a jawline definition yesterday. She's also very delicate in during all the injections, she's the docotr I have felt the less pain while getting treated.
