I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of Dr. Ed Robinson’s clinic. I’ve had both BBL laser and Botox treatments, and the results have been incredible. The BBL has made a huge difference to my rosacea and even settled a recent flare‑up — my skin has never looked better.<br>A special thank‑you to Faye and Kate, who are truly exceptional. Every member of the team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the service is flawless. My whole experience with Dr Ed was welcoming & reassuring. He greeted me at the door and offered me a coffee. During my consultation, he really listened to my concerns and was very understanding of how the ageing process can make a woman feel. I went to Dr Ed with a very challenging, misshapen nose, following injuries. I am delighted with my beautiful new nose and related areas. With his expertise, confidence and artistry the results are meticulous and look so natural, exactly what I had in mind but wasn’t sure could be achieved. He is warm, professional and the experience was enjoyable, comfortable and I felt very safe. We discussed a phased multi modal plan for other areas moving forwards. I would not trust anyone else so completely, and would recommend him. His work has given me a new confidence and dignity, and I am looking forward to enjoying the results.

Dr Ed is just the best. He’s professional, friendly and listens to his patients. I’m a nervous patient, I’m a bit needle phobic and I over think everything. He is excellent at talking me through what he is doing and he’s quick, but precise which helps me. I had a treatment today and I cried, not because it hurt but because I was nervous. To say he calmed me down nicely is an understatement. It made him late with his clinic but never once was I rushed because I was overwhelmed. We finished the procedure and couldn’t be happier with the results, and the care and attention I received from everyone in the clinic. Thanks guys, you are all great at what you do and kind to boot. But jokes aside, his skill and attention to detail are next level. I decided to book in for a consultation with Dr Ed to see what more I could be doing for my skin and I wasn’t disappointed. Dr Ed and the whole team are so lovely and so welcoming. I feel like my concerns were listened to and Dr Ed’s recommendations were amazing. I’ve since had a couple of treatments and Dr Ed takes time to explain everything well and is very gentle and considerate when doing the treatments. I recently visited Ed’s beautiful clinic for a consultation, I had a lot of migrated lip filler from a previous practitioner and wanted advice on how I could improve my overall look. Ed was so welcoming and put me at ease, he was really personable and didn’t try and sell me anything, he actually advised I didn’t need certain treatments I was expecting and genuinely advised what would be best for my skin. He also referred me to their skin specialist and I have been discussing next steps with her too. Really lovely experience, I feel in very safe hands and I’m so excited for my little transformation! I recently visited the clinic for the first time. I’ve always gone to a select couple of clinics in Leeds, so trying somewhere new felt a little daunting — but I can honestly say Nurse Faye is the most knowledgeable aesthetic nurse I’ve ever met.<br><br>During our consultation, she explained the anatomical reasons behind every concern I mentioned in such a clear and thorough way. She actually recommended a treatment that was less costly than one I had in mind, purely because it was the most appropriate option for me.<br><br>We also discussed potential future treatments, and she made sure I didn’t rush into anything and advised allowing the results of my current treatment to settle first and then reassessing whether anything further would be necessary.<br><br>On top of that, the clinic itself is gorgeous, chic and spotless.
