Dr Ed Robinson Aesthetics

I visited the clinic earlier this week for BBL Moxi, and I have to admit I was feeling very nervous about the treatment due to a couple of previous experiences that had left me feeling quite traumatised.<br><br>Amy was absolutely amazing from the start. She took the time to explain everything in detail, including what sensations I might experience during the treatment and exactly how my skin would look afterwards. Everything happened exactly as she had described, which made me feel so much more reassured and comfortable throughout.<br><br>The experience has really helped to restore my confidence and faith in aesthetic treatments, and I’m now genuinely looking forward to my next session and seeing the improvements in my skin.

Visited the clinic for the first time today for a skin consultation with Amy. She is very knowledgeable and I felt right at ease and in good hands. She took the time to listen to my concerns and put together a treatment plan to suit my needs. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again Amy!

Friendly, professional staff who immediately put me at ease. Kate carried out a course of three BBL/MOXI treatments on my face & chest, and I felt in very safe hands throughout. She is incredibly knowledgeable & took the time to explain everything. My skin has improved massively already, and I’m excited to see the final results continue to develop.<br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic.

What can I say? I simply wouldn’t trust anyone else with my aesthetics treatments. I’ve followed Faye and Dr Ed from another clinic and will never go anywhere else. They, and the rest of their lovely staff are all absolutely brilliant. I’d also like to call out the wonderful Amy - she’s super skilled and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. Excellent customer service all round. Love this place (it’s basically my 2nd home) 😁

What a gorgeous welcoming clinic. Upon arrival I was made to feel very welcome the atmosphere is very calming. I had a treatment with Nurse Faye. We discussed my concerns and she made me feel very at ease with the depth of her knowledge- she really knows her stuff!!! I would have no issues at all with recommending this fabulous clinic - I shall definitely be back to experience further treatments.<br><br>10 days since my treatment and wow what a difference I can see already - getting plenty of positive comments about how natural my face is looking!!<br>Dr Ed and his team are a pure delight. Service , location and an array of treatments - highly Recommend!!!

I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of Dr. Ed Robinson’s clinic. I’ve had both BBL laser and Botox treatments, and the results have been incredible. I cannot believe how wonderful my experience was at the clinic today. The clinic itself is beautiful, light and spacious.<br><br>On arrival, Ed was there to greet me, being my first time at the clinic I found this extremely reassuring. He was professional, punctual and friendly, all the things which are extremely important to me.<br><br>Ed then spent quite some time discussing my treatment goals and giving me the space to discuss previous bad experiences with botox/filler. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into anything.<br><br>Ed also listened to me and was open and honest about treatment options and his own experiences with treatments. He kept me calm during the procedure, reassuring me and explaining what he was doing.<br><br>Additionally, Ed managed to get me a consultation with Amy to discuss my skin concerns at the same appointment. Amy was wonderful and very knowledgable.<br><br>Overall, a really positive experience. I went to Dr Ed with a very challenging, misshapen nose, following injuries. I am delighted with my beautiful new nose and related areas. With his expertise, confidence and artistry the results are meticulous and look so natural, exactly what I had in mind but wasn’t sure could be achieved. He is warm, professional and the experience was enjoyable, comfortable and I felt very safe. We discussed a phased multi modal plan for other areas moving forwards. I would not trust anyone else so completely, and would recommend him. His work has given me a new confidence and dignity, and I am looking forward to enjoying the results.
