I’ve been seeing Dr Farmah for some time now, and what stands out most is his knowledge, honesty and genuine desire to achieve the best possible result.<br><br>Before coming here, I didn’t realise filler could be used in some of the areas we’ve treated or how subtle changes in one area can improve the overall balance of the face. Dr Farmah’s experience means he can assess things I simply wouldn’t have considered myself and offer solutions while being realistic about what can and can’t be achieved.<br><br>There has never been a “silver bullet”. That approach might not suit everybody, but personally, it’s one of the reasons I go to him. If I already knew exactly what needed doing and how to do it, I wouldn’t need his expertise. I want an experienced professional to look at the bigger picture and give me an honest assessment, even when it isn’t necessarily what I expected to hear.<br><br>His technique is incredibly precise and intricate — he really is an artist with a needle. Safety and cleanliness are also top-notch, and the reception and clinical staff have always been knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly.<br><br>At this point, I honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Over time, Dr Farmah has built up a detailed understanding of my face, my concerns, what we’ve already treated and what I’m trying to achieve. That continuity and trust would be very difficult for another clinic to replicate.<br><br>Most of all, a massive thank you to Dr Farmah for tolerating my endless questions!
