Went today & met Emma for my first ever cosmetic treatment. The clinic is super clean & inviting & I was instantly assured from the moment I walked in. When I explained to Emma what I wanted, a subtle tweak, she explained exactly what she would do, the results & the expectations. Throughout the treatment she talked me through the whole process which was reassuring & went through the aftercare.
